Purchases 2 light sabers from Ultra Saber at the NY ComicCon. Both sabers were single color with no sound. Battery life is horrible and one had a fault within a day. We bought 2 custom lightsabers with upgraded "battle worthy" blades and color. We intentionally did not get the pixel and sound with the expectation that just the LED would last longer. First the battery life on the sabers is ridiculous, 30-60 minutes max. An LED that burns that much power? Second the color on one of the sabers went wrong within 20 minutes. The color went from purple to pink to red. I was still at NYCC so I went to the booth. They told me that happens when the batteries start to die. So they sold me a product with nearly dead batteries? Annoying but it happens. I bought new ones from UltraSaber and replaced them. 10 minutes later started happening again. Took it back again... "you must have gotten bad batteries". At this point I was frustrated and started talking much louder about the quality and power problem.... that's when they finally offered to look at the electronics. The color was fixed, battery life is still garbage but least it holds a color. Note: Not my story to tell, but while at NYCC booth 3 other people came up with broken or non-functional sabers as well. Minimum. Do not expect the battery life to last more than 1 hour. Do not expect good customer service.

I spent $572 on an obsidian saber.. just for the obsidian launchers not to work with the saber, that and the battery and the charger it came with sucked. The battery caught fire and almost exploded when I put it in the charger, the blade constantly flickers a bunch of colours when I don't want it to. I wish I went to this site first. I can't even get a refund cause it'll be in store credits, I don't want to use this place at all anymore.

The actual saber was pretty good; okay brightness, good durability and feel. But it took 4 months to arrive. It was right at the start of the pandemic to be fair, but the website never said anything about delays in the pandemic. Plus, after 3 months of waiting i contacted customer service and they didn't respond. I've also heard AWFUL things about the state of working conditions and pay for the employees, so i suggest staying far away from Ultrasabers and i will not be buying from them again unless they clean up they're act.

So I decided to order from them and placed my order. Then about a couple hours later canceled my order and they charged me the %20 restocking fee which is in their terms and conditions apparently. Thats okay, it is what it is, BUT they charged that %20 including the $16 shipping, they hadn't even processed the order yet and they basically took $20 from me for nothing. Needless to say will not be shopping with them again.

If you're willing to wait 3 literal months for a light saber, then do it. They're good quality. Don't expect any updates on your order, you'll get a random email that your order is on it's way. Don't plan on moving within that time like we did cause you'll have a nice run around with the post office and the current owners of where you moved from :,D

i ordered my light saber on may 26 and its august now!!!!!!!!!! when we tried to call the voice mail was full. and as most other people they said it would arrive in 4-6 weeks,buts its been 4 months! i did hear that some people got it but it was mixed up.if they are a scam i will be sooooooooooooooo mad!!!

Ordered from Ultrasabers a while back when I was first getting into lightsabers as a hobby. My first saber was shipped within the 3-4 week lead time. Bought two more and that became a month long fiasco of whether I was gonna get the sabers or not. It got to the point where I'd just email them everyday, even threating to mail them animal droppings from one of those websites where you can do so. Eventually I got my stuff but I was treated like trash by their nonexistant customer service and the lead time lie is frustrating. I like their hilts but I would advise against ordering from Ultrasabers until they clean their act up.

I'm really disappointed with Ultrasabers. I've been a fan of Star Wars for a long time and stupidly purchased my first saber from Ultrasabers. Although Ultrasabers created cheap and accessible sabers, and their waiting time wasn't an issue with me, the quality is lacking. The sabers are definitely overpriced, especially the soundboard which they claim to be "the best on the market" (it definitely is not). My saber feels nice in the hand however the battery fades quickly leading to flickering. And furthermore, the saber lights up all at once, instead of a more natural gradual light up as seen in higher quality sabers. I will no longer purchase from this company, especially after seeing how the owner treats his employees yet can give himself a massive bonus and boast about it on his Instagram.
