Ultra SabersReviews of ultrasabers.com

Don’t order from them! You’ll never receive your item and they won’t respond to your inquiries with any actual information or updates about your specific order!! And the phone number is a joke..... voicemail box is ALWAYS full which I’m sure is due to everyone calling to ask where their purchase is! I have emailed and Facebook posted and Facebook messaged multiple times..... I’ve been waiting 7 weeks..... my order is still “processing”..... This place is TOTALLY FRAUD!!!

Do not buy from them. I ordered on May 5th for my daughters birthday on June 22nd. Their website states it's a 3-4 week lead time. I emailed and called, because the product was never received. I never heard back. I am disputing the charges. Do not waste your time.

I ordered a light saber on 04/30 for my son's birthday on 05/14. At that time, their site said the items are assembled and shipped immediately. They charged my credit card immediately upon ordering. I kept looking for the shipment notice but never received one. I tried emailing and calling for additional information but never got a response. After reviewing the site more carefully, in the FAQ section it says their current lead time is 3-4 weeks. This is later than I needed it. I again left a message and emailed asking if there was any way to expedite the processing time. No response. On 5/16 I finally contacted my bank to dispute the charge. They credited me but the claim is still in review. I received tracking information from Ultra Sabers today (06/25), two months after my order was placed. Unbelievable! Now I have to try and catch the FedEx guy to refuse the package. Do not order from this company unless you don't mind waiting two months to receive your items.

I ordered a light sabre for my son on May 8 and have heard absolutely nothing. They do not respond to emails, they do not answer their phone. I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Do NOT order from this company!!!!!!!

If we could give zero stars we would. Their customer service is NON EXISTANT! Their mailbox is full, they don't respond to emails. Their products are NOT cheap. We are requesting a FULL refund ( they better not even think about taking a 20% restocking fee for something that clearly has not been assembled). DO not waste your time or money. It doesn't matter how good the quality is if the customer service sucks.

The product is fine as I've gotten to handle some of them from friends, but ordering so far from this company has been a sub par experience. There's zero communication through email and I had to jump through hoops to get in touch with anyone. Replies are inconsistent in both tone and timing, order production estimates are woefully inaccurate and transparency from the company is non-existent. I'm sure the products are great but the company needs a major overhaul of their communications with new and existing customers since these are not cheap products. I still have not received my product and that's alright given the current world order, but the communication from the company sucks.

I orderd my saber on 29th of April, on June 10th i decided to write several e-mails about my order. After waiting more than 2 weeks for a response I asked for a refund by PayPal. All of a sudden I got an e-mail from ultrasabers that my delivery has been shipped. So clearly my product was finished for weeks and they just didn't ship it. My saber came today, which I am very happy about, it is a really good product, but the customerservice is a disgrace. At least 2 stars because the product is really cool.

My family bought 2 ultrasabers, and it took over two months. Every time I asked where my lightsaber was they just said they'll send it soon, they didn't. After 7 weeks I asked for a refund, and they sent a confirmation email.. After that I never heard from them again, and they still sent my lightsabers. After a week part of one of the lightsabers broke off. Also not to mention how bad they treat their employees, they lost me before I ever got my lightsaber.
