Ultra SabersReviews of ultrasabers.com

Saber looks great but the base audio box needs some work. I understand it’s the cheapest option for audio but I feel like the audio on the basic audio is unacceptable. Because it has such a short motion sound for swinging the saber it sounds like it’s skipping. Also the saber was delivered with some damage. I’m working to get pictures over to your company.

Pretty good to get it.

Fast shipping and great product at great price, only downside was - said saber tubes would all be glued in but of the 75 I bought - only half of them were gluded in!

I have had nothing but good experiences with Ultrasabers customer service as well as their products. I have bought 12 lightsabers from them over the past 5 years and never an issue with any of them. I was contacted by their customer service, through email, 2 days after my recent order of 3 sabers placed on March 28th, 2021. They let me know that one of the hilts I ordered would be the full 3-4 week lead time that they currently advertise, due to it being temporarily out of stock but that their machine shop is working on getting them fabricated as quick as they can. I was good with that. After waiting 3 weeks, they contacted me again and stated it would be another 3-4 weeks for this hilt and then offered some alternatives that would get my order shipped out in 2 days. I wasn't into any of the alternate options so I decided to wait longer. After waiting an additional 4 weeks, I was contacted again and told it would now be 8-10 weeks for the hilt with many apologies for the delay on this particular hilt and I was given some new alternative hilt options which included 2 hilts that have been on my wish list. I decided that I was done waiting and went with one of the alternatives that have been on my wish list. Customer service made the change in less than an hour and I received my full order 3 days later as well as a refund for the difference in cost being that the original hilt I had ordered was a little more expensive than the one I switched it to. In addition, 2 of the sabers I ordered were upgraded to A/V switches at no additional cost. That is good customer service in my book. Great communication as I have always experienced with Ultrasabers. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I feel they should list all the sabers (not just some of them) that are currently out of stock on their website so that their customers are aware of this prior to making their purchase. It is a little shady not to do this.

i ordered 9 sabers and they took like 4 weeks to deliver but one of the sabers activation switch was not in place like at all.

I had a great experience with ultrasaber! I was very nervous buying from them because of the horror stories I had heard, I order my custom light saber on Sunday January 17,2021 and it arrived Friday January 22,2021. I am very happy with my light saber and it’s extremely fast arrival!!

Ok so I ordered the Dominix V5 right? They email me saying that my order is out of stock and it had been 4 MONTHS. Then they finally responded. I was then able to change my order. Once they respond to you you can email them back and they will answer in a day or too. Overall it was a long but worthwhile wait.

Rigtig nem at bestille, den eneste ting der var træls var at FedEx var bagud med afleveringen af lyssværdet. Pakken var helt i orden ingen skader. Men ellers er det en god forretning at handle ved. "4 Stjerner"
