I ordered $900 in sabers from this company about 6 years ago. The box was battered and they were in bad shape when they arrived, with tooling marks all over them, especially the one I'd paid extra as a custom order and didn't buy on discount. I returned them... They accused me of having done all the damage myself, kept the sabers and have never given me my money back, so they effectively stole $900 from me... Do NOT do business with this company. Find someone that does custom saber work and has a reputation at FXSabers first... Ultrasabers was effectively driven out of the FXSabers family shortly after my incident, as I was not the only person complaining about being ripped off on their FXSaber forum.
