Its been two months and my mystery box hasn't even shipped. I know covid is slowing companies down, but over two months is ridiculous. Ive reached out several times with no response on the phone and over email. I’d go ahead and cancel my order and order from somewhere else but I can even get a hold of them. Don't order from here!

I am relieved that everyone else has had a similar experience with ultrasabers. I placed my order two months ago and have not received any confirmation, and my order still appears to be "processing". My order was a mystery saber..so really I would be satisfied with anything, but even after several emails I have received no reply. I will likely be canceling my order. What worse is that I got an email from one of their no-reply email asking if I had received my order, when only it still says it was processing. They claimed if I hadn't received my order within 48 hours I should contact ultrasabers.com...they want me to contact a website? I am saddened by this, as a huge starwars fan.

If I could grade them in the negative I would, but one star is the lowest I could go. I ordered a saber for my son back in May for his birthday in June. On their website they brag how fast their shipping is which is totally false. The light saber got here July 23rd and only because I threatened them with legal action. There was no apology for it taking so long no discount no follow up email just a Fed Ex tracking number in my inbox. I ordered body armor that was back ordered and even that shipped faster then ultra sabers. They literally have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered and they should be embarrassed to be up and running as a company. Someone should shut them down because I’m pretty sure they are false advertising about how good their company is. I will never buy from them again and I’ll get all my future lightsabers somewhere else.

Ordered two sabers over two months ago, one sent a month ago the other is still processing. The order I received had different customization than I had ordered. They will not respond to any emails I send them.

I ordered 2 sabers on may 27th, currently its july 23rd and i just got an email saying that one of them is now starting to ship. the other one is still processing. it looks like they're just super back-ordered and/or understaffed.

No customer service. Order was placed a month and a half ago with an estimated deliver of 2 weeks. The order is still processing. I've called and emailed multiple times with no response and I'm pursuing a full refund.

My order has been processing for 2 months. I've been ignored several times and there is no other way to get into contact with this company besides email (the don't reply). Even if I did magically get the saber I paid for months ago I will NEVER buy from this company ever again.

Buyer beware. Terrible company. Takes your money and never sends what you ordered. Won't answer emails. Calls or message. Go to another company if you can not worth it.
