Ultra SabersReviews of ultrasabers.com

Do not buy from them. I ordered on June 1st for my sons birthday. Their website states it's a 3-4 week lead time. I emailed because the product was never processed or received. I never heard back. I am disputing the charges. Do not waste your time.

Ordered two lightsabers April 30, emailed multiple times and haven’t gotten a response. Still says order is processing. At first, costumer service responded to my emails but eventually gave up when my order hit the two month mark. I was really excited to receive a light saber as a present for myself since my senior year was canceled. Almost off to college and no sign of the lightsaber.

Couldn't be bothered to respond to customer service inquiries. Ordered $1000 worth of light sabers fully decked out. 10 weeks, 5 emails and numerous calls later, no response. Status:processing. Horrible. Just horrible. Should they ever arrive this experience will forever tarnish the purchase and enjoyment intended from it.

The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I actually got a good product that works. Other than that, I agree with everyone else here: the communication with their customers is garbage. It also took 3 months for them to ship my order, which is ridiculous. I wouldn't go so far as to say this company is a scam, yeah it's bad, but it's not like they don't deliver eventually. They actually do have a shop and they manufacture sabers. From some people it sounds like the sabers came with a lot of issues like broken electronics, but for me it was fine. If they would fix their customer service like replacing the product if it arrived broken, responding to emails, and being clear on timing they would deserve better reviews.

The 3-4 week lead time for fabrication is false advertising, and their customer service is non-existent. How badly they have been affected by coronavirus is not relevant, they are not communicating the delay issues they are having up front. I purchased a saber, waited a month and then sent in a query about my order. Multiple calls and emails over the next 4 weeks were ignored. Only when I began a chargeback process with PayPal did I receive the single communication I ever got from the company, stating that they would look into it and get back to me in 1-2 days. They never got back to me, and now, 8 weeks after I ordered, they've obviously run out of time with Paypal, and I've received a refund. This is not a legitimate company, it is a scam.

Never again.... I bought a lightsaber 2 months ago. I waited almost 9 weeks. I had send them multiple emails about the whereabouts of my saber. Never received an answer. After 9 weeks I contacted paypal to get my money back, then all of the sudden my saber was shipped the next day. It came in today and everything seemed fine with it till I wanted to change the batteries. The batterie port wont come out. It's like really jammed in there and it won't even budge a millimetre. I already send another email but I probably won't get a response, I also tried calling but it's always just the mailbox, which is "full".

Ordered a product from them WEEKS ago and it's taking entirely too long to ship out. No response, dead phone line, and the dude named "Jason" running the emails doesn't give a crap either. I want my money back so they decide not to respond. From what I'm hearing lately they're just a trash company. What a joke.

DO NOT ORDER! KEEP AWAY! My little boy ordered a Lightsaber off these guys and finally after nearly 2 months and not getting any response I decided to get my credit card people involved and after saying this on email I finally got a response! I decided to go with another one due to the original not being in stock. The replacement was a cheaper one and I didn’t receive a refund with the difference. I have now received an invoice from Fedex for the shipping of this item and I’ve emailed them the proof of payment to Ulrtasabers so I’ll wait and see what comes back with that? So please please stay well away from these guys.
