My experience was terrible. For one, the sabers are very over priced. Secondly, if you cancel or return a saber, they take a 20% fee and you only get store credit back. The quality of the saber was alright, but its a thing where your probably gonna pick it up and then never use it again. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I am only 12 and I cant believe I made this big of a purchase for something that isn’t the best quality and you cant really get your money back. The lesson that I was taught is that you should always check reviews first and you should be more responsible with your money.

None of my enquiries were answered in the way I would have liked and the order is all wrong. On top of this, these guys seem to be happy to deliver as late as possible or at the last minute. (NEVER BUY AGAIN)

This company is complete BS I purchased a saber and first it was a month late in arriving. When it arrived it was broken i contacted customer service and they took a month to decide to have it sent in then they said I had to pay Shipping cost. When I asked to return they said 20% and only store credit. I would never recommend this company if I could I would give 0 stars.

I ordered 3 sabers, 2 initiates and a dark sentinel V5 2 weeks ago. After ordering I read the reviews and to be honest was slightly worried about the company I had placed an order with... I didn’t need to be, as the Sabers I ordered (which had 3-4 weeks build time advertised) were dispatched in 6 days and it took 6 days for FedEx to deliver. 3 lovely sabers turned up today, excellently wrapped and all in perfect working order. I cannot wait to share the initiates with the younglings so we can duel.

Guys, I'm still waiting for my lightsaber now going on almost 3 months. Guys how about we all do this. How about we bombard the local news station and news print stations and ask them to look into UltraSabers shady company practices? How about we share all of our emails with the news stations and call them out on it? I guarantee you Ultrasabers will do a quick turnaround on our order sabers.

Terrible company ordered their product for my son. It never came. They won't answer the phone . Their voice message asks you to email them. I have emailed no response . Very poor service. I do not recommend doing anything with this company.

Me and my mom ordered a saber and when I got I had such a good time for a few days and then the Audio started saying and I quote “ I am a Idiot “ I was so mad the thing is now I can’t even ignight the saber . Horrible audio!!!!

Never responded to any of my calls or e-mails. Lightsabers were two months late. Awful experience. find somewhere else.
