Ordered last week, and made sure that all of the components were not on back order. I know it hasn’t been long, but I have contacted customer service multiple times with no response. I’ve heard they block people that call too much, so I can’t spam them to get an answer either. This is ridiculous. I am saddened that I cannot get something I’ve been wanting since childhood, because they failed to even address my issue. Filled a claim with my bank to get my money back ASAP. Believe all the bad reviews. Not worth a gamble at all.

I ordered a custom lightsaber for my daughter for Christmas that she built. It was $275 on it. It came the day after Christmas which didn’t bother me. She was very excited but it was missing the piece that allowed it to attach to her belt. I have called at least 20 times and emailed at least 7 times. I recieved one email back from Nicole that said she would look into it. That was a month ago and many emails later with no response. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my 52 years on earth!!!! Do not buy from them it will be disappointing.

I had a great experience with ultrasaber! I was very nervous buying from them because of the horror stories I had heard, I order my custom light saber on Sunday January 17,2021 and it arrived Friday January 22,2021. I am very happy with my light saber and it’s extremely fast arrival!!

I ordered an Ultrasaber in November. About a week ago, they told me my pommel wasn't in stock, and I could switch my pommel for free (and get it shipped right away), or I could keep my original pommel (and get it shipped later). I changed the pommel, so I got my Ultrasaber today. I was very disappointed when I got empty hilt. That was not what I ordered. I hope you don't make the mistake I made, and buy an Ultrasaber. Try Saberforge. They may be more expensive, but it's worth it.

Lightsaber stopped working within 6 months. Still had warranty for 6 more months. Emailed customer service regarding it. No response back. Crap product and customer service.

great site. I ordered a dark initiate v2 from ultrasabers, and I received the product 2 weeks later. The saber looks amazing and realistic and it holdss up amazing for dueing. I later bought a apprentice v4 which came in about 3-4 weeks and it is amazing quality also. My friends bought two more sabers, a phantom v2 and a initiate v2. The phantom was shipped promptly and will be here in 3 days. The initiate was out of stock just after I ordered and in about 3 weeks they told me that it was indeed out of stock, kind of poor inventory manegment but then they offered my a aeon v2, which costs 10 dollars more to be shipped in 2-3 days and it will be arriving shortly.

Terrible service, and I think they forgot my 800 dollar order. I ordered 2 sabers totalling around 800$ dollars late in November. Beyond my payment confirmation I received no information for over 6 weeks. When I finally did here from them, (after prodding Brent with emails,) they tell me the sabers I ordered over 6 weeks ago are out of stock and wont be back for another 10 to weeks. All of the "subsitution" choices I was offered are significantly less expensive than my order, and why was I not informed they were out of stock for 6 weeks? Very difficult to deal with.

Horrible Customer service. They sold us a broken saber. Told us we have to pay to ship back and wait for repair. It was broken out of box. Do not buy from here.
