The actual saber was pretty good; okay brightness, good durability and feel. But it took 4 months to arrive. It was right at the start of the pandemic to be fair, but the website never said anything about delays in the pandemic. Plus, after 3 months of waiting i contacted customer service and they didn't respond. I've also heard AWFUL things about the state of working conditions and pay for the employees, so i suggest staying far away from Ultrasabers and i will not be buying from them again unless they clean up they're act.

I do not understand the bad reviews. I first bought an ultrasaber 4 yrs ago for my daughter who was 10 at the time. She put it through hell. Lol. It held and is still going strong. I recently ordered a light staff from them, which by the way is actually 2 sabers connected. Use either way. I was contacted by customer service, john I believe, letting me know that due to the pandemic and winter storm in texas it would be longer then first stated to ship. He offered me an upgrade that was in stock and would be shipped asap if I wanted. I agreed. Received it today Feb 27. Only 5 days after our conversation. Just awesome. Love this company and HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Kurt

I ordered some sabers back in December. Not everything came in my package. Called customer service and left a message. No response. I emailed their customer service and shipping teams multiple times about my missing items over the course of multiple months. No response. It isnt as if their customer service is bad. It is NONEXISTANT. I’m pretty upset because I love their products, but not getting the profucts you pay for and getting zero responses from the Ultrasabers team pushed me to write this. Hopefully someone from their team sees this, takes it seriously, and I get a response. Has anyone else had this problem?

I ordered a $243 light saber on December 4, 2020 and it STILL hasnt come, no matter how many times you email them they don’t reply or when they do they say something like “we are trying are best”. Dont even start with calling them, i called at least 10 times throughout 5 days and you get sent to voicemail everytime. Dont buy from here there are many better options.

Worst company ever!!!! Just wanted to exchange for a smaller size and they refused. Said I needed to spend more money on a smaller blade after already spending over $200!!! What kind of company does that?!? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM ULTRASABRES! Placed an order for $280. No communication for weeks. Finally learned that order would take two months to receive. Not acceptable so requested a refund. No flexibility on 20% restocking fee. A restocking fee for something that had not been built yet. Ultrasabres made $56 for doing nothing. Total scam.

Pretty sure some of the negative reviews are fake, ultrasabers kept me informed about lateness due to covid 19 and probably stupid brexit, the saber itself is brilliant, great weight, bright colours as I got the colour discs, I can't put it down.

i ordered 9 sabers and they took like 4 weeks to deliver but one of the sabers activation switch was not in place like at all.
