account was compromised and provided a new credit card, since then i have dealt with NOTHING but issues with Ulta cancelling my online purchases with no reasons given. i’ve called customer service numerous times to no avail, no one can seem to help and i am told 2 different stories. will be destroying this card and going to sephora, i am extremely disgusted with this company and it’s lack of accountability!

I had an appointment for a 'brow tweezing' treatment. The girl did not try to make me feel comfortable. In fact, I don't think she even looked me in the eye. She was very cold, unfriendly. I told her that I always wanted a brow arch but was unsuccessful to create one. She barely tweezed any hairs. My brows looked exactly the same after she was done. The only thing she did was use a 'Benefit' brow product for color. I was very disappointed with this service. This person needs lessons in customer service; hers was appalling.

The cashier lady at Ulta that checked my sister and I out was so absolutely disrespectful. She questioned whether my caucasian sister and I, me being half caucasian and african american were sisters, after I told her we were sisters in a friendly conversation while we were checking out. I am usually not sensitive to comments like this as I have been raised around mostly white peiple but this particular comment bothered me a lot. Making my 10 year old sister feel uncomfortable when someone questions us being related is not something I take lightly and is not okay. In this time in age there is no right for people to comment rudely about people being related by what they look like and quite frankly none of their business. I have had no issues with Ulta before this, but I will not support this business any longer because of the disrespect and rudeness I experienced today.

Purchased online during sale shampoo and conditioner. Also purchased leave in treatment for hair on 10/21. On shipping says still waiting for items on Ontrac website from merchant to call merchant. Spoke to a very difficult to understand customer service rep said to call back after 11/2. I doubt I will get my purchase and they will refund what was charged to card. I doubt that they will get me the items at the sale price. This is the 3rd time this has happened this year. I’m done with Ulta been a customer for almost 20 years

I wanna say how great Ulta website is! Is fun to scroll through and see all the GREAT products they have and as well as many discounts to choose from!!

Service is awful. Both locations in Indio and La Quinta. The staff is snotty. The stores are filthy.

Trying to pay your bill on line? They manege to make it impossible. Trying to retrieve your password? You can't. I walked into an Ulta to pay my bill because I realized it was due that day. You can't pay in-store. A helpful associate got my password for me, and I paid it a day early, but got a $30 late fee. I tried to call. They were unavailable. I just spent 10 minutes arguing with an idiot who kept reading me disclosures and would give me no more that $15. And very condescending. And by the way, I always pay my bill in full. Usually by mail. I'll never try to go online again.

Order never received. Placed 9/10. Spent hrs on phone to receive refund. Was told on Oct 13th would see credit in 5 business days. Did not happen. Emailed them. Ulta sent authorization number and told me to contact ulta credit card. Number meant nothing to them. Called ulta, 6th time. Told to call credit card. Lol. Just got off phone with them. Not the solution. Absolutely no supervisor available! ??? Really? Will receive a call within 48 hrs. I don't sit by phone. Golf and work. So if I miss call I'm out of luck 🙃. Basically told me it was my problem. Sephora, I'm back
