I am a big fan of Ulta Beauty, but their website is not working for me. I tried placing an order multiple times over a week and it kept giving me the same error. I cleared my cache, tried on different browsers, deleted and re-added my address (billing AND shipping), and cleared my cart. 4 different customer service people helped me. They could not resolve the issue and I can confirm it's not an issue with my credit card - I placed in person and online orders with the same credit card at multiple places NO PROBLEM within the same time period. This company is too large to have this big of a problem with online ordering.

ULTA located at: 240 New Britain Avenue; Plainville CT 06062 Needed help for a specific issues and walked throughout the ENTIRE store for someone to help!!! No one was around. There was one person at the cashier and 3 others behind the front desk chatting. Did not notice that there WERE people looking for someone to help them. Finally walked out!!!

Don’t order online! Everything is just thrown in a box with no packing material. Items arrive broken.

Worst customer service ever. They sent someone else’s order in my box. Made me print out a shipping label, take it to USPS, and return their mistake to them. And they never sent my order to me! I just found out that if/ when they eventually do it won’t contain my full order because the items are no longer available. The “free” item that I spent extra just to “earn” will not be included. When I told them this was unacceptable and to just cancel the order since it still has not been shipped they pulled the crap that they couldn’t “stop” the order now. I was told to return it to the nearest store to get my money back. The nearest store is 50 minutes away from my house. That’s why I ordered online in the first place. My order is weeks late, they wasted immense amounts of my time going back and forth with emails, prepping the box to be mailed back them and now I have to drive all the way there to get my money back. all of this work for nothing… well I guess not nothing… they had the audacity to send me a coupon to use on another order with a high minimum purchase. I mean really. Why would I ever order from them again?

I just want to write a review for the Ulta location in Peabody mass. I have had a life-changing experience for the second time one with a an amazing woman who supports the skin Iceland,Lynn. and now I’ve had an amazing experience with my problematic skin from all that, and her whole team is so sweet and so patient , but her name was Olga and i believe the manager on tonight. she transformed my Skin and it was effortless and she was amazing and she just made it happen. Let’s just say that and I don’t usually give reviews but I have had the best experience when I was just coming last minute to pick up some stuff I need. Not to mention that it is a steep price I’m paying, but it almost makes it feel like I’m OK with the $300. I picked up my few essentials that I got because of the amazing amazing service and the products that I actually left ulta which I am very loyal to with all the right things and excited to layer all of the amazing products. It does make it hard that they don’t have samples as I am a huge candidate for sampling with severe detrimental allergies to most things, but I am convinced that Ulta has so much more for everybody because I was amazed with the levels they reached for me.The entire staff is just waiting on standby to help and I feel so good. And must give a shout out to the adorable cashier and her burnt orange eyeshadow, which I feel like I have to go back and get myself. Thank you so much 😊 I hope everyone gets to have an experience like this

Drove 20 minutes to the store to purchase a mascara that said was in stock at the Rochester location, only to find out it was not! Staff said they had not seen that mascara in some time. UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE!!!

Constant issues with their so called coupons and yes I read the fine print. The staff is usually pretty poor but the worst was online sale I did ONCE and will never do again. They didn't send the free gift and in response when speaking to supervisor about it they said well we ran out. They wouldn't replace with anything nor even admit they screwed up I'm switching back to Sephora it's not worth the constant disappointment and aggravation.

I tried to buy a product online, got charged three times, and was told there was a problem with their computer system and that I could try to order online again, but the same thing could happen. Tried to buy it in the store but they did not have it. Had to order it through the store online, however Ulta customer service would not honor the promotional items that you would’ve gotten online. Very poor customer service.
