Worst experience ever 1st time ordering from ulta and they said my package was delivered yesterday that I ordered a week ago and it was never delivered I am a stay at home mom I’m home 24/7 so if anything was delivered I would know and it’s been 2 days sense saying it was delivered and it’s still not here everytime I contact them they say they can’t help me or I have to wait 3 business days this is pathetic is literally Christmas time I don’t even have the money to just be losing I am so mad I literally want to cry

I called 1 (866) 983-8582 on December 3rd at 5:57pm pst to update/ include the unit number for the shipping address on my online order placed on November 26th 2023. It was expected to be delivered the following day December 4th . I was connected with a young female who was first trying to verify my account. She asked for my email and phone number which I gave her my email that I placed my order on and that is currently in my Ulta beauty app where I found this phone number to call. She insisted that she could not verify my account because I was giving her the wrong email and that the info she sees automatically generates in their system. I suggested maybe she was looking at an account that has my gmail rather than my active account with which I used my yahoo email to place the order. She then proceeded to ask if I know when the account was set it up and I told her idk that information. She asks: Why don’t you know or have that information? To which I responded idk do you remember when you set up your own email account? The exact month and year you set up your gmail? She responds with good point. This representative was incompetent to say the least. I was put on hold after I offered the order number to help with her situation of verifying and she refused. After about a 5 minutes on hold she then says okay I did find the account you’re saying has the yahoo email and asks for the order number. 🫠 I give her the order number and she comments WOW as browsing through the 7 items I ordered!? Then puts me on hold again for a couple minutes. When she gets back she says unfortunately it’s too late to update the address on my order but she can issue me a refund that I should get in 3-5 business days. I said no I don’t want that. She then comments ‘awwwwww’. Well that’s all I can do since we can’t change that information and FedEx will likely return it to the Ulta facility. I continue to say no thanks. She says is there anything else she can help with and I tell her no.

Worst customer service ever! been a week now still waiting for a call back

So basically ulta uses delivery services who are very very sketchy. I've had 4 times a man drive through the middle of my yard and destroyed my shrubs and plants then throw my package ot my deck but Ulta doesn't have a way to get ahold of the people so I can say something about it. There's no telephone number it's LOS shipping. The solution that ULTA gave me was to pick up my online order at the store. That defeats the purpose of shopping online. All I got was I'm sorry. No phone number for the delivery company, and a supervisor was supposed to call me but never returned my call, sent an email like cowards. I have videos of this happening.

However, subsequent interactions with Ulta Beauty's Guest Services Team, notably with Marie, have positively influenced my perception. Their responsiveness and dedication to resolving my concerns have left me more content with the overall resolution, indicating a commitment to customer satisfaction that I appreciate. Thank you to Marie and the entire Guest Services Team for their efforts in addressing and resolving this matter.

Their cyber Monday was a complete joke. I spent all day on the trying to place an order so I could get a discount. That didn’t happen

The lady on the floor was excellent, found my perfect shade, however the cashier's wouldn't stop visiting with each other long enough to check me out. Advice, buy from the company's brand website ( cheaper )

I went to get my brows done. I had been growing them out for two months and told the woman I wanted them shaped, but thick and natural. When she was done, I couldn't really tell how they turned out because she filled them in with such dark pencil (I never fill in my brows, ever). When I came home to wash out the pencil, I saw that she waxed my brows so thin that they are worse than when I started growing them out two months ago. All of that growth for TWO MONTHS destroyed in a half hour. She did not listen to me or do what I asked. I am beside myself, and now have to spend the next two months growing them out again. I will never let anyone here touch my eyebrows again. Do not go here. She absolutely ruined my eyebrows.
