Went to the one in Niskayuna. Nobody helped me. Went to the desk to get some help. Lady grabbed the wrong product, prioritized her food, and then kicked me out of line to help someone else when she had my product in her hand. Just poor customer service experience. ‘Ind you she rang someone else out who was initially behind me in line first. I left because I didn’t feel I was being helped or a priority. I understand ulta has a rotating group of newbies but I’ve never had a good customer service experience here. I’ve been flat out ignored by their service team before

Horrible. I was told a lip product was long lasting. Ha! Worst ever. Smeared everywhere. Credit card through Ulta is absolutely TERRIBLE. Firstly- you CANNOT make a payment in Store. AND they will NOT take your DEBIT card online! What the heck kind of company does this??? And one mote thing - if you want to speak to a LIVE person....they charge $9!!!!

I got the Ulta Beauty Rewards credit card because it took $30.00 off of my purchase and they made it so difficult to pay I was charged a late fee. The website just didnt work and it was so frustrating. Talked to customer service and it still didnt work. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the customer service guy was very nice and genuinely tried to help. DONT GET THE CREDIT CARD

“I will give zero star if I can. I placed an order on line and use Apple Pay to pay for the order. However, after the first charged, the online order still won’t let me to complete the order as the “place order” button was still In transparent. I thought the charge didn’t go through so I made another charge. However, nothing happened! A at the same time, I got notified from Apple Pay that I got charged twice already. I called Ulta’s service line and the representative said she can’t do anything. I requested to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor said nothing they can do to complete the order. I don’t understand how they can’t do anything. Just complete the order manually and make sure the customer is happy! If there’s problem on the website and can’t charge the customer, that’s fine. But I got charged twice and you told me that you cannot complete the order! That’s totally unacceptable! Never going back to Ulta Beauty!

I am so excited to see Sara S a fabulous hairdresser working at Downtown Summerlin Ulta again. She is a seasoned professional and has a deep understanding of her art. Finally found someone who delivers.

My in laws bought me a $100 gift card for Christmas. I tried to use it in store and I scratched the PIN number off in front of the cashier, Lindsay. She then said it wouldn’t work. I had to call customer service and they said my gift card had already been used and there’s nothing they can do about it. That was a waste of $100 and a Christmas gift. I will not be shopping with Ulta again.

Hello, Ulta customer service is the worst! Stole my hard earned money!  Refusing to resend or refund my account for 3 items missing from my order! As soon as I opened my package I called Ulta customer service & the lady promised my issue will be taken care of!  3 days later supervisor emailed me that Ulta weighs packages before shipping & because of that their distribution department supposedly shipped everything out. I have pictures of what I received but they won’t refund my money or reship items

Two employees, Ashley and Kayla, were so kind and helpful. Phenomenal customer service. They helped me get everything I needed and were readily available to help. We felt so welcomed and were well taken care of. They made my experience great.
