Ulta BeautyReviews of ulta.com

I have been purchasing the overnight whip for about 6 months, I love the stuff, I hate going to the Rome ga store because there so disengage with me at least don’t know how everyone else feels. So I go to the area where it’s known to be alone , & I see the bundle package, so I’m looking around to ask about the very small trial size of moose that was extra extra money also. I’m so disappointed about that Maleys moose it want even come out when it does it’s running I lose most of it so I really don’t know wha to say because I really have been able to experience it.im so disappointed & angered

It’s so good

Trisha at Ulta in Williamsburg, VA did my hair and got it perfect. I described the color and look I wanted, she listened thoughtfully and then came back with color samples for me to pick from. I chose two and she got to work. Her results are beautiful. I have literally never gotten as many compliments as I did after she colored and styled my hair. Already have my next appointment scheduled with her before Thanksgiving! Thanks Trisha!

As instructed (after my page was delivered to my old address despite updating my address and deleting the old one)I went to my previous address after work (it's a 15 mile drive one way). My former roommate's roommate took it with her and I will not be able to get until Wednesday after work (as long as she remembers to bring my package back). if nothing else you people should credit me for gas and time. I'm fully aware you won't I just wanted you all to know. this is not my first issue with an order from you. last time the product had opened and spilled everywhere. Everyone knows FedEx is absolutely horrible and your website is completely awful. it is slow to load, glitches and when you go back to a previous page it goes all the way to the bottom of the page. I have tried updating my name several times and it still isn't correct. my name is the same as on my card info. it's Sara NO H! I'll be getting my items other places from now on.

It’s my first time out in months , due to my autoimmune disease it’s hard. I definitely needed to get makeup just to help a little get confidence back this employee at ulta was so sweet even got another employee and both were set to help me find the new products that was closest to what I wanted the store in casper really made a difference took over 1/2 hour they made my day! Most places look at me with distain it’s hard to walk even with a walker or cane and yet out of all the places I visited that day this store treated me with kindness and wanted to help! I definitely rated them high they checked all the boxes treatment, have the product a good product and was clean!

I purchased the wrong item last week and returned it today, along with two other items to purchase. The cashier would not return my money because I gave her the same phone number I did last week. She said I would have to have another phone number! I told her I only had the one telephone. She said to give her a family members number. I told her no & left w/o getting money returned or purchasing any other items. Last time I will ever shop at Ulta knowing this crazy return policy for non-members.

I have a good experience
