Have been getting facials at Ulta in Dickson City. I’m a much older women and the results are stunning. Love my skin care expert Jill. Please treat yourself to a facial you won’t be disappointed!

My daughter and I went to Ulta in Winchester, Va to spend our $14.00 in purchase points. We got our selections,headed to cashier and asked her to redeem our points. The cashier told us that we had only $9 in points and we wanted to use them. She asked us if we wanted to have receipt emailed and I said "yes". We left the store and went to a different store (same complex) and realized that she had not credited us our points ($9). We came right back and the cashier acted as if she had never seen us or made the purchase. I asked her if she could refund us the points and she said "not without a receipt ." I told her that I didn't have my phone on me (which I didn't )and was an hour away to retrieve it. She didn't care and didn't want to accommodate us and bring up register receipt. My points expire June 30th and I will be out of state. Thanks Emily and ulta for your crappy customer service!

I’m very disappointed with ulta rewards program. It never said the points expired when I signed up. In fact I’ve been saving points for over a year toward a $400 Dyson hair dryer. I HAD over 2,000 points when apparently they decided to expire them without any warning. What did I spend all that money for? They basically TOOK over $150 I had been saving and just deleted it. I don’t think I want to shop there anymore. I think I’d rather just buy direct from the makeup company sites.

I shop sales online, and buy specific products in store once in a great while. They're usually overpriced and I've had shipping issues with them on 2 occasions.... Just kinda Ok.

Charged over $200 to one of my credit cards for an order I never placed. Had to cancel the card and ordered a replacement.

They resell open/used products! Beware! I will never shop at Ulta again. First purchase was Maybelline total temptation mascara. About a week later I opened it and it was a thick goopy mess with LUMPS in it! I have never in my life seen anything like it. Unfortunately I can't return it because I've been waiting until I get out that way again and it's been 3 months. I don't think they'd take it back. I heard later from others that they put returned items back on shelf. GROSS!

I go to the town center location in Jacksonville Fl. Always a long line to check out. Never stocked in anything. Store is always a mess. Never enough ppl working, and if they are they are never helpful. Done. Officially will always go to Sephora from now on.

Shout out to Kelsey at Spring Hill Tn Salon! I have been transitioning to natural gray/silver hair color. Kelsey at the Spring Hill Salon took me from a brassy gold, gray and white mix to a beautiful salt and pepper color with ash undertones. I tried to get this service done at other salons but no one would do it as the process is complicated. If you’re tired of fighting brassy gold color mixed in with your beautiful gray and white go see Kelsey! You won’t be disappointed!! I love my hair!!
