Terrible costumer service, I bought a $170 perfume for my husband, they send the package and they leave it at the front door, they obvystole my package, I call ulta to see what they can do and they tell that they can help me with my situation, like seriously? Worst costumer service, it’s better to buy at the store, you order online and if you don’t receive your package they don’t care about that. Horrible experience and don’t recommend to buy online

What I’m wondering is if corporate cares at least a tiny bit that they are screwing over extremely loyal customers. It honestly sickens me how much money I have spent their in my lifetime and how much their customer service has screwed me. What is going on over there? Seriously does anyone over there care that fraud is taking place? Over the past month I have lost $300 due to glitches on the website and from what I read in other reviews PEOPLE ARE RECEIVING EMPTY PACKAGES OR NOT RECEIVING THEY’RE PACKAGES AT ALL! This insane to me. I’m legitimately scared to mail a return, and will wait until my store opens. I’m not going to lie and say I’m not going to shop there when they open, but you guys seriously need to get some pointers from Sephora. Yes maybe I recently waited almost a month for my order but they NEVER LIED about transit time. Ulta.com is a scam. Customer service is rude, lies, and even talks back. This is a nightmare. When will stores be opening in Illinois?!

Ultra is the most racist place. I am Black and do very well for myself financially. Every time I enter the store I am being watched followed till I pay for the product by black or white person. All other ethnicities walk around freely. I don’t spend my hard earn money at Ulta anyone more instead purchase the product “it cosmetics” online at different store. It cosmetics I have found is only sold a Ulta, QVC and maybe another online store. Now I only go to Ulta to see the product before purchasing online at QVC. Location: West Hills, California.

FYI, it is impossible to cancel or modify an order once it has been received. I accidentally placed the wrong (but almost identical) item in my cart and checked out. I realized my mistake the second I placed the order and called immediately. There was no way to modify the order by exchanging one item for the other. I asked if I could cancel and reorder. I was told that they could try to do that. Of course, it didn't work. There should be no reason why an order can't be immediately cancelled. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Horrible online customer service. Called in because Ulta shipped my order to an address I haven't been at in 7 years. When my default address is my current home, and have used it several times with NO issues. The woman on the phone told me in order to ship to a new address they would have to get a return to sender. So, basically she told me I am SOL. She didn't even care to work with me at all. No empathy or anything. Couldn't even ship me out a new order that was only $80. That is chump change for this company. I have been a customer of Ulta since I was 14 years old. Extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy, and help.

I would give zero stars if I could. This was by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. It had been over a month since I placed my order at Ulta and contacted them to see if it had been lost or what had happened. I received no helpful information and was just told it should take 5-17 business days. It had been well over 17 days and when I told them this they still offered no help. It was two months later after expecting I’d never recieved my package or a refund that it arrived. The state of the package was disgusting and the contents had fallen out of the packaging inside the box. The customer service was so unhelpful, rude, and I will never recommend anyone to order from Ulta beauty. I will never shop with them again.

Ordered from this site twice and have always received my items in a timely manner! 1st package got here in less than a week after I placed my order! 2nd package Got here a little over a week after placing my order! Thank you

Used to love shopping at Ulta but never again! The products they ship you haven’t been sealed, or aren’t the real products you order. PLUS they post coupons then when you try and use it at checkout it doesn’t go thru, I spent hours for a week calling and sent 6 emails before finally hearing back from someone who was extremely rude and said “too bad” that my coupon didn’t work..even though it was an error on THEIR END on THEIR SITE. Terrible way to treat your customers and they don’t care at all. I had only bought a certain $50 product because I waited til I could use the 20% off coupon on it, all to be told TOO BAD. Terrible etiquette and I will never support them ever again.
