horrible customer service. I made an appointment at their hair salon for a cut, a simple cut. Made the appointment 2 weeks in advance; asked about their covid policy, got everything explained and got my appointment. When I got to the salon my appointment had been 'given' to a friend of the stylist. So no haircut for me, thought they offered to rebook. I WILL NOT be coming back. This the Ulta in Clark NJ

I wish i could leave a 0 star, this company is so disorganized and unprofessional. They are big conniving thieves and Will do anything to keep your money. First of all my first order with them took forever, it took 3 weeks just for me to find out they sent it to the wrong address even though my correct address was on my order. I ended up loosing everything and mind you i paid over $150. I called to report the issue and their only solution was to send it to the same incorrect address Which took another 2 weeks and they refused to give me a rufund So i didn’t have any choice but to pick it up from the “wrong” address which was 1hr35mins away from me and my order wasn’t even correct. It had a whole bunch of missing items. I called them back again and they said they were Sold out of the missing products so they emailed me some store credit for the Missing items. Now look i had the so called “store credit” and i had to use it because i wasn’t about to let them keep my money after all the nonsense they put me through. I used my store credit to buy some more stuff and they even offered me a free gift if i spent more than $100. i was so excited For the “free gift” which was a really nice tote so i spent a little more money so i could get the free gift. I placed my order and 2 weeks went by, Nothing! No tracking number, no package. 1 month goes by, still nothing but i was very patient because i do understand how everything is moving slow due to the virus. Another 2 weeks goes by and i got a tracking number and soon as i tracked it, i got a “shipment cancelled” because they never shipped my order. Now I’m pissed. I called the so called unprofessional customer service and was on hold for 2 hours just for them to tell me they don’t know what happened with my order. Now how the hell does that even make any sense. I asked the rep what they were willing to do about it and she offered to reship it but they were sold out of most of the items and now I’m stuck with more “store credit” And no free gift cs they claimed they don’t have access to the free gifts. somebody please help me make this make sense because i never had to deal with a company this trash before. This company needs to be shut down ASAP. There’s no point of paying extra fees and shipping if this is the result you get. Please don’t support a company like this. They treat people like toys.

Zero stars. Ordered 7 candles, all arrived broken. Been calling for a week now. 2 customer service reps lied and said order would be reshipped. Today I called for refund and have received no confirmation email as I was told I would receive. No supervisor ever available to help. DO NOT SHOP HERE, IF SOMETHING ARRIVES BROKEN OR INCORRECT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

Buyer beware. This company is into theft. Ordered hair dye back in May. Paid for 2 days shipping then got email saying it wouldn’t arrive in 2 days. Customer service told me if I refused the package it would go back to ulta and I’d be refunded. Three months later and they’re refusing to refund. Claim the package was delivered when it wasn’t.

I think that Ulta Beauty in Rio Grande, N.J. is terrific. The customer service is wonderful. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My hairdresser is Great. She knows exactly how I like my hair done and always does a wonderful job on it. I highly recommend this salon. They have prdroduts for all hair types and my hairdresser goes out of her way to make sure I walk out of there with the proper hair care products that I need. Thanks Ulta Beauty. Kimberly K.

I recently placed my first online order (after business hours) and everything went smoothly. Great price and I was notified my order was ready the following morning and a courtesy reminder the day after that. Pick up was easy. Sales rep was friendly and my item was packaged well. Highly recommended.

I love purchasing at Ulta! They have a range of excellent products from drugstore to high end brands. They are generous with sales coupons and gifts. If an order is damaged, they will make it right. Ulta has become my number one choice for beauty purchases.

Horrible customer service. Orders placed online do not ship as stated when you place your order. Their customer service team offer NO help and just tell you lies. Will no longer do business with them.
