Maelys get dreamy is all a lie! I would like my money back. Nothings changed. I've been using it for two months..it does not work, at all… I take that back it works as a smell good lotion i couldn’t went to the store somewhere 50 dollars cheaper. Its a scam a gimmick!

Awful experience. They used veho to ship my package and veho delivered it to the wrong city/house. Veho reported the package as lost but Ulta still wanted me to return the package I didn't receive. Customer service was horrible and stated I would receive an email, I never did and I had to reach out to customer service 4 times before finally demanding a refund. Will never do business with again

I ordered lipstick online for my wife on May 8th. On May 9th we received an email advising that it would arrive on May 15th. It didn't. Then the next email said it would arrive by May 19th. In the interim the tracking number from UPS said it had been delivered to the USPS on May 14th. The tracking number from USPS said they were still awaiting the product from the sender. I complained to Customer Service via email. The Customer Service emails appear to be written by AI - essentially feel good apologetic words that don't say anything. Then I was told we had to wait 8 business days to allow the shipper time to deliver, notwithstanding the fact that the tracking info never changed and the product was obviously lost. Multiple emails followed the same pattern, I complained and demanded a refund, they responded and said nothing of value. Finally 8 days later, I received an email in Spanish from a purported supervisor although it still read like an AI Bot. Mind you all prior communication was in English. I translated it on my computer and responded. Finally, today, I received another email in Spanish and the gist was that the refund was being provided. This should have happened days ago not three weeks after the order. Terrible customer service at least online.

I was a loyal Ulta customer for over 10 years. Recently, I received a shipment which contained half of my order. I initially thought that maybe they were sending the missing items in a separate package but when I checked online it said all items were in the package. They were not. I contacted customer service by chat, email and text. I received no response from email. The chat and text options both said they couldn't help me but would forward to someone who could and they would contact me. It's been over a week and no one has contacted me. I ordered the missing products from another company. I highly doubt I will ever use them again after the way this has been handled.

I did not receive an order which UPS tracking shows as delivered (with no photo proof of delivery). The UPS tracking also shows the package was received damaged and that they submitted a claim to the sender (ULTA). I IMMEDIATELY reached out to Ulta support to say that my package hadn't arrive. The customer service rep was rude and non-empathetic. She stated that I would receive an email the next business day. I did not receive any correspondence the next business day (despite also sending an email in). I followed up with the chat again and was again told I would hear something in the next 24-48 hours, I am appalled that the customer service is SO bad. They also keep telling me crazy things about my UPS tracking (like that it was delivered by the post office or that the claim to the sender was only for missing documentation)

Worst imaginable customer service. Worst Supervisors. Worst outcome. Will NEVER BUY AT ULTA AGAIN. Offered e card to apologize..never got that either…Done with awful Customer experience, lousiest phone help, in store morons.
