I used their salon service. Signed with a master stylist. She ignored what I said about the style I wanted and cut a disgusting pixie. Uneven layers, the bottom of the back looks like she used pinking shears. The sides are uneven. When asked if I wanted it blow dried I said yes. She never mentioned the fact that the blow dry was $55 on a $57 hair cut. All in all, I am disgusted with the hair cut and the cost. I got the same crappy cut at a great clips for far less. Never again. Master stylist my foot😡😡😡

Very disappointing experience. My order did not meet expectations, and resolving the issue took much longer than it should have. Customer support was difficult to reach, and the responses I received were not very helpful. The overall process left me frustrated and feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the service.

I have never dealt with such stupid customer service reps. I changed my address before I placed my order and these idiots still sent it to a wrong address. This is the problem with outsourcing. I will go to Sephora

Added a $50 giftcard to my account but didn't purchase anything immediately came back to the site a month later and the card information was gone. I threw away the giftcard and receipt because I added it to my account why would I keep it? Anyway they stole $50 from me and I will be shopping at Sephora from now on. Complete garbage. Thieves.

Best customer service from Gorge in the Bakersfield Store on Ming Ave. Store #469 My first time shopping in Ulta. I’ve never worn face makeup. As I’m aging I have a few aging spots and didn’t know what color I needed to match my skin tone. Gorge was absolutely fabulous, took the time to help me and show me how to apply it on my face correctly… I’m truly thankful and appreciate Gorge for being so kind and patient with me… I’ll definitely be back…

I’m extremely upset with an experience at The Rim San Antonio store. After my receipt didn’t print the employee got a manager who told me my transaction was cancelled. I told her it did process and already went thru my bank. She argued and insisted on making me re-ring up my merchandise. She promised it would drop my original charge, and like I told her it would, 3 days later it charged both transactions to my bank. I have contacted her and customer service and just as I thought, I am being given a run around about the almost 200 dollars they have charged me that’s not theirs! Ridiculous and unacceptable. Who knows how long the process will take in me getting my money back. I have always shopped at ulta but this ruined me on being a loyal customer as no one seems to care to make it right.

Purchased a product a heat styling protectant spray from a certain brand that I have been using in my hair and to my surprise after a few weeks it was clumpy and chunky and it really angered me that after spraying it and then straightening it my hair was full of white flakes! Ugh I had to wash my hair once again to make sure it was all off cuz it wouldn’t come off only by brushing. So I called the store they couldn’t help me since I had already used the product so I emailed the company directly and wow they are awesome! They are sending me a new spray free of charge! Thanks kitsch for being such a great brand! And shame on Ulta for not helping me a tiny bit. Apparently what they sold me was an old batch, not cool! I do t know where I’m supposed to put the pictures here proving what I’m saying. Technology is not my friend. 😑

I went in, and I asked the sales person who turned out to be the manager to help me find a clean blush on. Not really knowing what queen was, she showed me some brands walking down the aisle pointing. I asked her for help and she was completely rude. When I then asked her again for help she became even more nasty. Her name was Veronica and I asked i in a very kind way if she knew what her job was She was almost belligerent. They lost a customer. I had two women at Sephora waiting on me helping me laughing with me having the best time and I spent $200.
