My experience at Ulta salon is being…
My experience at Ulta salon is being given a service that I really didn’t want in the first place and not being told that for four foils I was going be spending $81 for what they call facial highlights or something like that. I literally had only four foils. I went into Ulta and I usually have just a root touchup. My hair was getting far too blonde, so I wanted to be able to tone it down and was actually thinking of some low lights which is dark being put into hair to calm it down. They told me that they had a dual process that they tone down part of the hair and that they needed to put in a few foils to brighten up around my face. Well, my face was bright already. I asked why I couldn’t just have some of the hair around my face left untouched and just additionally add dark. Long story short they said they needed to add a couple bright nerves around my face, which as a result, you could look at my hair right now and you cannot see where there’s any type of highlight because my hair is basically very blonde. Management is really the problem because they say they can do nothing for you that that is their corporate rate and they standby it 100% no matter who you talk to so you’re only recourse is to never return. Which is what I will be doing. There are other places around town that I can use but all I need is a touchup every five weeks or so. There is no humanity or human touch with management of this company. I would steer clear as they have no care for their clients or our happiness with their services.
