I visited the ULTA Beauty store located in Pooler. Ga today. I have often shopped here with my daughter and granddaughter, actually, we had her facial make-up applied here for prom here. Well, today I was profiled by the security person, blonde Karen hair, and holding a phone, trying to sneak pictures. She followed me throughout the store, she was so close she can touch my locs. She made, making it obvious that she was lurking behind me. She even got in line behind me, until I paid and asked for a Veteran discount of course I did not get one. The cashier was nice, Jacob was very pleasant and professional. The representative from MAC was very helpful with choosing a color for my skin tone. The security profiled every person of color that came thru that door when I was there. Yes, I'm African-American, with locs . She profiled me, my daughter, and my granddaughter persons of color and locs. I don't know if I will ever shop at this particular store again, but if I do I will follow her around just make her uncomfortable. Please don't say it's tax season, no excuse. I work and do not get extra money. smdh

If it would let me rate 0, that is what I would rate them. Been too busy with work to drive a hour and half to pick makeup from an Ulta store. Ordered it online. You have options regular shipping and expedited shipping. I ordered on a Friday. It said regular shipping would get Thursday and for $4 more which is expedited shipping, I can receive package Tuesday. It is Thursday afternoon 5 pm and still no package. Called Wednesday said it is 3 to 4 business days, call Thursday said can't do anything technically till after midnight. Who is going to deliver a package by midnight. Don't ever order anything online. Why would I pay extra to get it delivered for the longer time.

Ordered $175 worth of products to be shipped to my house but it never came I have to work it out with their shipper myself because they marked it delivered Ulta will not do anything about it. I wanted those items so I replaced the order for in store pick up with some small changes. Go in store don't have things shipped if your package is lost they will not help you if the carrier says it was "delivered". I'll be paying for the same items twice, hopefully the company they used to ship the products will be able to assist better than they were but I'm not holding my breath.

There might be decent stores, but the one closest to me is a disaster. Originally they were in a different location, and while not 'amazing', it was good. Then they moved 1/2 a mile. The new store is a disaster! The displays are always torn apart, there are free-standing displays in the aisles that make it almost impossible to get down. A lot of the merchandise I previously purchased at ULTA wasn't even carried now. The checkout line is stretched the length of the store; and good luck getting a smile, help, or acknowledgement from an employee. I sent a complaint to corporate about this store, they had the manager email me. She wanted ME to come to the store to discuss it. No. I explained the issues, again, via email. Never heard back. Crickets! ULTA had a loyal customer for 10+ years, that's finished.

I wanted to buy the "it cosmetics" deal for the 21 days of beauty, on March 14th and I wanted to do a store pickup. But for some reason the link for store pickup was not working. Then I called the customer service phone number and told them that I wanted to buy the item and do a store pickup, not have it shipped. However, the phone call was disconnected. Since it was late at night, I thought calling the store the next morning would fix the problem. But the sales lady was most unhelpful and the store manager did not even come to the phone to talk to me. They just said since the deal had expired the day before, there is nothing they can do. I tried to pointout to them that I tried my best to buy this product on the day of the sale and not after. So through no fault of mine, I couldn't buy it and turned to store staff for help. But they treated me wrongly by saying the deal had expired. I have the item still in my shopping bag on the website to show the day of the sale not passed it. Thus, I will not be shopping at ulta anymore.

This company is trash and are scam artists and frauders. They owe me $300 for an order they never shipped.

I do not recommend ordering online. Shipping takes forever and products may arrive damaged. 2.5 weeks after I placed an order, I received a damaged product and was unable to use. I contacted customer service for a replacement. It’s been 3 weeks and my product still hasn’t shipped.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I placed an order and accidentally sent it to my old address. Within minutes I was on the phone to customer service trying to change the address. They said they couldn’t change my address so I asked them to cancel the order. He said he would cancel my order on Sunday and I thought everything was good... today (Wednesday) I get the money take out of my account so I called to see what was going on. They said they don’t guarantee cancellations and because my order was already sent there was nothing they could do! I told them I spoke with a guy Sunday (BEFORE IT WAS EVEN SHIPPED) and he said it was canceled. I asked to talk to a superior or someone that could help me and she said she tried and I would have to do a call back. I told her when would that be I have work and she just said there is nothing else I can do and hung up!!!!!!! Will never shop with Ulta again!
