I visited the Ulta at Colonial Colonial Center in Orlando AGAIN today. Each time they are out of my Juice Beauty products, response “They are popular, our touch comes tomorrow “. This is not a good response as I gave feedstock on in stock position on my last visit. I then asked about Essence mascara which she gladly walked me too. Guess what? OUT IF STOCK. Please get involved with your in stock position. It seems they are not concerned. Also the case at Ulta in Houston where I am from. Thank you!

Every time I order online from Ulta, the package is wildly delayed. Every other retailer I order from performs better than they do. I ordered something three weeks ago that they have NOT YET SHIPPED. They refuse to cancel the order. I absolutely will never buy from this trash company again. They clearly refuse to spend the money required to run a system that works. At this point I'm ready to dispute the charges with my bank.

Just ordered my first mail order. My roller ball perfume that cost $40 had the lid undone and half the bottle was empty. Not happy.

Literally the worst customer service from a multi million dollar corporation. First ulta does not allow you to cancel orders, then they don’t allow you to change address or update an order, and then they refuse to give out refunds even when problems are their fault. How is this company customer friendly? And in a pandemic where many are low on money the fact that ulta refuses to update or accommodate their shady ‘policy’ is very dirty of them. I don’t know why they have a customer service branch at all because they’re completely useless. Shop at sephora or literally anywhere else.

Stay away from Ulta! Do not buy anything online from this company. Poor customer service and lies lies lies. I have ulta like less than 10mins from my house.I ordered some products and it says I would get my products the next day so I order online since I won’t need them until the weekend so I won’t bother going to the store. On the day it was supposed to be delivered, no status that says it’s been shipped. I checked to try and cancel so I can pick up from the store, then it says shipped, day 3 nothing it still showing that shipper has not taken the packet to the shipping company. Day 4 still says packet has not been taken to the shipping company. I called customer service to cancel, they were of no help at all. I am beyond upset because it’s now weekend and still don’t know when my products would get to me. I am upset, they might as well keep the products

I was given one of the few and far between 20% coupons and when I went to place my order online, because the items are not available in the store, several of the items were out of stock. I called customer service and the stores and they essentially told me it was my tough luck.

I can't begin to explain how terrible Ultas customer service is. If you've had a good experience, it was probably because nothing went wrong with you order. Well when you shop online at Ulta, apparently a lot can go wrong. Tried to place an order about 3 weeks ago now on the ulta website, was paying through PayPal. Hit pay now and Ultas site said the order could not be completed, but yet my card attached to my PayPal was immediately charged, but was never authorized, so is stuck pending. PayPal told me to talk to Ulta and ask them to cancel the order or else it would stay pending for another month until they were out of the time frame to authorize the purchase. So I'm out over 40$ for almost a month now, and never will be recieving what I tried to order ti begin with. Talked to multiple people through email and on the phone only to be told it would be escalated to high management and they would reach out to resolve this... nobody ever got back to me. After countless attempts I've decided to take the loss. Just want to warn anyone who may be low on cash, don't risk ordering online from ulta, go to the store... or go to sephora :)

I went to Ulta Beauty salon to get my sister's hair dyed. She told us that the color we wanted would take multiple sessions so we went for a darker shade. She did an ugly hairstyle that we did not ask for and the dye came out the next day. Also, as soon as we went to the salon she looked irritated. NEVER going back there again.
