I went to ULTA in Albq Nm I set up an appointment for highlights and haircut, I took a picture of how I wanted the highlight ask if she could do them like that she said yes. When I left my hair was still wet and highlights were not as defined as I had requested next day they looked worse 3 days later l went in to complain and they stated they would fix scheduled me for Easter Sunday when I showed up they wanted to charge me for what they were going to do to fix what they had do, finally agreed they had to fix the damage , then they said they didn’t have enough time to do what needed to be done that day so the scheduled ends for may 26th. The date they first saw me and messed up my hair was March 13, this is the worst place I have ever been to for hair care l wouldn’t recommend it.

I ordered products that were not available in store so they needed to be shipped. A week after placing the order I check the Ulta website to see when they would be here. The Ulta website states "awaiting for carrier pickup" but the tracking number says UDS has the package and will deliver on 4/14/21. I did not receive the package on that date. 4/15/21 I called Ulta customer service and they stated that tracking says it will be delivered on 4/15/21; to call back the next day if it's not delivered and they can refund the order. The package was not delivered. 4/16/21 I called Ulta customer service back and was told that the tracking says it'll be delivered 4/16/21 and that I should call back on Monday. I refused to call back and stated that I wanted a refund which the customer service representative stated they couldn't do that and that the package would be delivered today. I told the representative that the package delivery date keeps moving, I talked to customer service the day before, and "what do I do if the package never arrives". The customer service representative offered to replace the products which I refused and insisted on a refund. They stated that a refund was processed and I should get an email confirming the refund in 24 -48 hours and the refund should appear in my bank in 5-8 days. Today, 4/19/21 I called Ulta customer service again because I never received an email confirming the refund. The customer service representative eventually verbally gave me the reference number for the refund, which I wrote down. I will no longer be doing any type of business with Ulta.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would!! I ordered several items in different transactions. When checking out I put my correct address for shipping and billing. They used a default address that I haven’t used in over 5 years and shipped my items there. I knew this because obviously they were sending updates saying my package was delivered but I had not received them. When I contacted them they told me they were not refunding or resending my purchase. I explained that I had no way of retrieving these packages and they made the mistake so why won’t they help?! To which there has been no more replies. Ulta has a D- rating with the BBB for this same reason! Be very very careful with using them because they have zero customer service. Clearly they don’t care that I am now out over 130.00 and nothing to show for it! They got their money. BAD BUSINESS

Went into local store in Wilmington Nc. The girl asked me for my phone number, I said no thank you. Then she proceeded to ask me 3 more times! I walked out 🙄

I just found out that my points expired on March 31 I was unaware that they had a expiration date The last time I was shopping in you store I asked your employee if they had a expiration date and I was advised they did not expire I have been unable to keep up with my emails due to my husband is in hospice The only reason I found out that they expired is I was shopping online and saw it! I contacted customer service and no one is willing to help me Its only been a couple of weeks since they expired I feel this is very bad customer service! I love shopping at your stores. Can you please hep reinstate my points even if its just for a few days

I wish I could give it a negative amount of stars! There customer service is arrogant and glib as heck!! I used to shop from them up until now that they used some shady delivery company to leave my package in front of my door but never bother to knock to let me know that my package was delivered! ( I was home all morning that day) I live in an apartment building!!! Any guesses on what you think happened to my package?!! So now my package is stolen and the jerk that I had rthe displeasure of speaking to told me that, that's my problem. That Ulta won't assist at all. He even went as far as to say that it's on me because delivery companies have their own rules and they didn't do anything wrong. Imagine that, defending this delivery company which I have never heard of as if he perhaps works for them as well. So now I paid for stuff that I never received and, will not be replaced, however, I am overreacting because I am upset that what they considered being delivered is leaving something in a public hallway. The nerve!!! Sephora all the way from today on!!!

I received a sample in the mail from florence by mills it’s called Mirror Magic illuminating body moisturizer. It makes my hands so smooth, and it’s so moisturizing. Thank you # FLORENCEPANEL

I would give -1000 stars if I could. Worst experience i’ve ever had with a company in my life. My order was supposed to come a week ago and I never received it. It was worth hundreds of dollars! I emailed them and used the live chat and one representative told me to wait until the 9th so I did. I emailed on the 9th and the next representative told me to wait until the 10th. So I DID. Tell my why now they’re trying to have me wait until the 15th? I hate being lied to. I even showed them proof of what previous representatives were telling me but they did not care. They don’t know what they’re talking about. The emails are very general and they ignore half of the things you say. Never shopping here again. You’re better off with Sephora!
