I recently used Ulta to color and highlight my hair. It was a disaster. The women was from Pakistan (forgot her name), she did not know how to color. It was before Thanksgiving. My hair turned out so bad that I had to cover it. Not only that, they blamed me for desiring that. Never color ur hair at ulta Germantown.

Why is it your commercials only show black people?! Is that the only customers you service?! Ridiculous!!!

The CS lady, Shantelle I think was very nice and tried. I did not get my free gift. I would have to send back my order and redo it to get the free gift if I wanted it. Of course no supervisor available. I told her someone could override to do that and send me the gift. She said they could not. I told her I knew better and if not Ulta was a very poor poor company that with what are they charged and they can’t go ahead and send a gift to somebody they know was supposed to get it. I felt for her because she’s the one that had to hear it and I apologize to her. She tried to be helpful. I think it’s raunchy that the managers are not available and expect their customer service to take the bad calls. I will never never never order or walk into an Ulta store again and will tell everybody I know to not go also. She told me I did not click the box saying I wanted the free gift. I told her that was something sly for Ulta to do, since who wouldn’t want the free gift. It’s a way for them not to have to give it out what a poor poor company.

I placed an order on November 21, 2021 in the amount of $210.94 for two small clinique men's starter kits, a jack black skin set, a cologne gift set, two men's holiday sampler sets, and a robe which came free with the fragrance purchase. I received a 10x6.5x7 inch box with the two small clinique men's kits and the jack black skin set. I never received the other items worth $140.00. The invoice that came with the items that did arrive listed the missing items, but there is NO WAY all of those items (including one of those free robes they sell) would fit into such a small box. In addition to this, the shipping label clearly states shipment 1 of 1, meaning no other boxes are to be expected. I contacted customer service and they send me the same copy-paste message telling me they have "escalated" the complaint and they are "working on it". Days go by and I hear nothing. I email them again this time requiring a date of the refund or a new shipping date for the missing items only to receive another copy-paste message with no estimate. After looking at other reviews, I am losing hope that they will help me with my order even though I have all of this evidence to prove they are at fault here. I advise anyone looking to purchase beauty items to seek another company. If you encounter an issue expect to repeatedly get messages like this with no resolution: "You recently reached out about missing items. We sincerely apologize for the missing item. We are here to assist. We wanted to let you know we are still working on this and will be reaching back out to you as soon as possible." It's not worth the headache! Not only am I out of the xmas gifts I purchased I am now out $140.00 as well. After spending thousands over the years at Ulta I'm going elsewhere.

Do not order Ulta online. If your package says delivered and you do not receive it, they will not help you. They will not replace or refund your money. I do not have problems with my packages being delivered to my home. However, ulta has the tracking as delivered with no package to be found. Unacceptable customer service!

BAIT & SWITCH SALE ADVERTISEMENTS Placed an order on 11-20 for 8 items...I received 1 yet tracking said "delivered" so I waited 3 days as directed then called. I was worried they had been delivered to the wrong house only to find out they did not ship. I ask when they would arrive and they said they could only ship 3 items because the other items are no longer on sale. WHAT? You owe me for the items I ordered at the price you sold them to me at. I also was to receive a "FREE" blanket since I purchased over a certain amount on fragrance and he said it was now $50. I was confused....Items were available, your shipping the 1 fragrance and 2 hair care items but will not ship the sale items for the sale price I purchased them at? I was told "A supervisor would call me back" and I received NO CALL and while I was on the phone I heard kids in the backround and a baby crying. Well, I understand...your at home so no way of connecting to a supervisor and my message was probably not even noted in system for anyone to even know I called....BUT the worst is HOW DO I NOT GET ITEMS ORDERED FOR SALE PRICE WHEN CONFIRMATION VERIFIES IN STOCK WITH PRICE AND ULTA NEVER SHIPS THEN I AM TOLD I CAN GET SHIPPED BUT SUPERVISOR HAS TO AUTHORIZE BUT MUST PAY FULL PRICE FOR ITEMS STILL BEING ADVERTISED and AVAILABLE IN STORE! Then I get an email that malfunctioned printing the same message over & over again saying Thank you for providing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding. Please rest assured that providing guests with a great experience is our top priority, and we're incredibly sorry that your experience fell short of amazing.
