Classic ulta. Used their card which I still have not been receiving 2x points for all this time, and activated a 5x offer and never got those points and all they tell me is I didn't activate the offer, even though I did activate thr offer IN THE APP WHERE I PURCHASED WITH MY ULTA CARD ON FILE - and I purchased an entire day after activating and the offer said ACTIVATED. Just closed my credit card account with the because I see no purpose in keeping it and being screwed out of points over and over again. Avoid at all costs. Amazon and sephora are WAY better options.

Why on Earth does Ulta have so little stars?! I literally made this account to brag about how much I love them and what an amazing experience I had today! Usually, the days before Christmas are so hectic and honestly I avoid going out to shop for anything until after the holidays. I had to get something at Ulta and it was so calm and organized and the customer service was so good, like the people there made my day. Ulta > Sephora

Worst customer service. All they did was transfer me over and over again. Not one person could help with a simple question. Unbelievable!

I had my hair cut at the Norman Ulta Salon. My appt was with Hazel. She did an awsome job. She was very sweet and personable and listened to what I wanted. Thank you, Hazel

I ordered on line in November.....still waiting and it’s almost at the end of December. Ulta beauty, you need to do better! This is ridiculous. I can not recommend to anyone to order online with this company. The tracking number is not useful at all. Get a wear house in the states to better serve the US. Shipping directly from China or wherever you ship out of is NOT fair to your customers. I’ll never order from here ever again. This was a Christmas gift. Now I have do what I should have in the first place....physically go into the brick and mortar store. In the name of Covid... do better! Please!

I've spent way too much money at ulta in general and 90% in this store location. And even with over indulging on self care items, every time I'm here I get stalked like I'm going to steal. Idk if it's because I have a bunch of tattoos but come on this industry of beauty almost everyone is tatted. Any ways I spent $600 the prior week of my horrible experience with my ulta card and came in again the following week with non stop following me around the store. Let me add on I stopped bringing my purse in so they would leave me alone and that definitely didn't work. So as I'm leaving with a armload of items cause of course you'll only buy what you can carry. And the manager with no personality asked if I need a cart, of course I decline and cracked a joke about and she just stood there until I walked away. Then when checking out the girl at the register was speaking to her manager on their walkies while putting all my items on the ground. I worked in retail and that's an obvious you're checking to see if I stashed items with in things. I didn't. Then I ask to use my points and money rewards and the register girl looks all shifty and asks for my id while the manager comes up. I spent $200 this time. I've never been asked for my id unless I didn't have my card present and I've had it for a year. Completely disgusted on the way the treat their customers, i let them know that I was never coming back in and customer service on the app also never gets back to you. Just don't don't go here unless you want to be stalked. The guy with the face tattoos and the lady in Lancôme with red are the sweetest angels though.
