Tried to use a $10 off coupon for $40 purchase and when I put the coupon code in and submitted I got a free trial of hairspray instead of the $10 credit. I reached out to customer service to get this fixed and Gerald did not bother to help me in any way. When I finally said that I wanted the $10 credit back for the coupon code I manually put in or to cancel my order he didn’t once validate my actual complaint at all, didn’t act like he cared about what I was asking for help on. Going to return it once I get it and never shop at Ulta again. Real customer service and problem resolution is not a priority for this company it appears. 8/3- I got a $10 credit from Ulta today. Not sure if it was because of this review but someone there did the right thing.

Great that you have a free shipping but you should do something with the customer service. I needed help in choosing a skin care product and it was a challenge. Than it was a problem with delivery cuase they sent me package to a wrong address and it took me twice as long as I expected

For such a big company can’t believe they ship with Lasership! I would shop more for f they didn’t use that company. Over seven days and I am sure they stole my package. Need my money back !

I am really amazed by the many bad reviews that Ulta gets on Trustpilot. I am a Diamond Member for a long time, and despite some delays for some orders, I have never had any problems with my online orders. Granted there were some issues while shopping in the store. They are always out of gifts etc, but this never happened to me online. I always get the gifts, and my orders most of the time arrive fast. The only issues sometimes arise with the points system they have, but I could always resolve them with the help of their customer service. To me no major problems with Ulta, otherwise I wouldn´t be a Diamond Member for so long.

Customer service is an absolute joke. i dont think they even have anybody working in that department. I have been calling for weeks to speak to someone, i am yet to even get one person to help solve my problem with the credit card. Biggest mistake of my life getting a card from them.

I just got highlights with Debbie, at Ulta in West Longbranch. My hair looks Amazing. She is the simply the best. I would recommend Debbie, to anyone. So if you are looking someone to do an amazing job on your hair just ask for Debbie at Ulta. You won't be disappointed.

Went to my local Ulta store arrived at the register to be asked for my phone number, gave her my phone number she stated that's not in our system I need your name, address and phone number to ring you up. I stated I didn't feel comfortable in giving my personal information just to purchase something. She refused the sale and I walked out saving money. There were only 3 other people in the store, you think they would want to make any sale they could. See you closing soon.

I recently visited my local Ulta looking for a better foundation that would match my skin tone better and give my skin what it needed. I am not a 20 - 30 something wearing all the latest fashion but neither do I go out in my pjs or sweats and am proud to say I am 54 but people have a hard time believing it. I am also not afraid to spend more money on a good foundation that does what I need it to. I wandered around for over 20 minutes and NO one greeted me, asked if I needed helped out acknowledged me in any way, even those that passed within inches of me. They watched me try on a couple of different brands but NOTHING. I was done by this time but the final straw was watching two clerks (and yes I’m sure they are supposed to do this but….) doing each other’s markup, laughing and having a good old time. I emailed customer service basically saying all that. Have received two emails letting me know they are very sorry for my experience and have forwarded my email in to their “teams” for further review. BTW, same exact email word for word both times. So I will NEVER step foot in an Ulta again.
