Having men speak about what womanhood is instead of women. Way to say screw you to your consumers…. Actual Women! Never purchasing from this company again. PSA… biological men will never know what it is like to be a woman. Women are not a costume.

Customer service has gone downhill. I am a diamond member for several years, placed an order recently and forgot to add in a free gift. Messaged them immediately to ask if it could be added to my order, and was told too bad. My order was still being processed and the amount I paid was double the requirement.

Ulta in San Luis Obispo sucks! The short stout Hispanic gurl wasn’t very personable, not like the other cashier, smiled a lot & was so sweet & friendly. The girl who helped me had an attitude for sure! Those kind of people shouldn’t be behind the counter. They should be working night shift alone stocking supplies! Go to Santa Maria Ulta instead. They are more personable & have happy smiles & are very helpful.

Little chance to browse because you are followed around. Repeated pitches to get a credit card (maybe 5 in 15 minutes). And try to shame you if you want to checkout without giving your cell number. Very unpleasant experience.

i was at the ulta beauty located in westport ct and the treatment of the people who work there is very bad and i felt very discriminated , it was the worst experience of my life , i will never go back

REAL women know that being FEMALE is NOT a costume. If you’re going to sell make up to WOMEN, you might not want to promote the notion that biological men can man’splain what being a woman is. Real women are tired of being treated like second class citizens. No more ulta for me.

I placed an order of a certain $ amount to receive a bag full of free samples. There was a Ulta brand body wash inside of the sample bag that wasn’t closed completely and ruined the entire bag of samples. I was offered a gift card instead of another sample bag. Super disappointed. I know some things may time out due to availability or special offers but I was super excited to receive these samples and they’re ruined.
