I hate going to the store because although the associates are helpful they always try to get me to buy something other than what I went to buy. On May 26th I placed an order online that said it will be delivered on May 31st. It is now June 5th and I haven't gotten anything. The FEDEX tracking has it in WV since June 1st I live in MIA. I reached out to cancel the order because its taking too long to deliver. They told me to wait until June 9th because its still in the timeframe that they said. Mind you I ordered something on another website two days after the ulta order and already got it through FEDEX. This is ridiculous! They also told me that if I wanted it quicker I should've paid the expedited fees. Why would I do that if the date they originally told me i was fine with. Clearly paying extra would've been a waste of my money since they don't deliver when they say they will anyway.

I wish Ulta carried some more higher end products because I LOVE their rewards program. It's much better than their main competitors. But I can always get the basics here and a treat or two.

This company are big crooks to cost you money. Went online to order a $16 eye shadow liquid. When got through to pay, it said it was an error to come back and try it again later to place order. So waited an hour to try again and again it said again error come back again later. But later saw on my email it actually went through twice and got charged $24 for eye shadow two times when I was only ordering it one time. Then when go to get a refund on the one extra one and they only giving me $16 back instead of the $24 I paid because they won’t refund me back the shipping when I was not ordering it twice like that their site is crappy and messed up

I order online since the local store is not customer friendly. Two orders in a row I have had issues with and get bad customer service about replacements or refunds. I will take our business elsewhere.

I got the worst experience at Ulta Willobrooks with the cashier Yamileth. She asked for my cell number, and I said :No,that's fine!, then she continued asking me for a cell # from a friend or a member of my family, and I told her that I am not allowed to release any cell # from anybody. After a while, she got real mad with a nasty attitude, and said anything. Rude person, disgusting attitude, and I am not going there anymore. I put a star because of the product that it's real good. Stressful experience!

I love Ulta beauty but this lady was rude I didn’t know her name but let’s call her Karen so I bought a Florence by mills hydrating serum amazing by the way and I had a coupon I had a $10 off and I had a 15% off could use one of the one she said this is invalid and I said OK then try it again and she said it’s invalid again I said whatever try this 15% off one and she said for make up only I was like idiot in my mind and she was a total Putah but so she won’t let me use my coupon and there was literally nothing with my coupons I was so mad this was yesterday OK but today I asked my sister to return something for me and it was a moisturizer and she said there’s not 50% of the product in there and there was there was there literally was she’s dumb but she returned it anyway but still like open the product open the product if you don’t believe there was literally it was full it was full it’s a light product so that’s why it felt like that but yeah that’s my experience I love Ulta just not her So you should fire her

Had a great experience shopping at Ulta in Mays Landing, New Jersey. The cashier Rhoa was so helpful and pleasant. So nice to to have that experience these days. She was wonderful! Will be back to shop some more.
