United healthcare is a joke,used to get 40 dollars every 3 months for healthcare products now they dropped it to 25 dollars every 3 months but they sure want your money and every time we get a raise on social security they take out more, but I guess that’s Medicare for you.been wanting to do a review for almost a year

I would give them a -0 if I could. Have had their insurance for 10+ years. Called today to see if I could get a better prescription plan. After 1hr and 40 minutes I decided the end the conversation. First lady I spoke to who I could not understand she finally decided she was not the right person .(60 minutes) terrible English speaking Forwarded me to another rep. She was even worse. Still no answer about a plan. Think I'm gonna look for another provider Worst experience I've had with UHC

I called for assistance this morning. The associate I spoke with lacked basic communication skills. They asked questions then interrupted when I tried to reply. They accused me of hollering at them and then scolded me and told me they were trying to help. United Health Care is the worse company I’ve ever had to deal with I can’t wait to find another

My experience was really bad. I am diagnosed with a horrible disability. Due to which I needed some treatments to secure my future. But they denied all my claims. Wtf is health care for then? If everything is out of pocket then why take insurance?

Seems like all health insurances are terrible. I cannot trust UNITED HEALTHCARE ANYMORE! They pay for your hospital stay one year then the next year reverse the payment back. What kind of Plan does this "CLAWBACK" FOR LOW INCOME SENIORS! after I paid out of pocket Co- Pays that took 2 years to pay! If this UNFAIR UNAPPROPRIATE TRANSACTION is not corrected. Appropriate action will have to be addressed. I'VE READ OTHER MEMBERS ARE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.

This company is the worst that I've ever used I've been ripped off completely by every single person they sent me to is just trying to put me on some sort of pill there this is very easy to figure out what's going on with me and my health I hope UnitedHealthcare goes out of business this is the worst organization in the world as far as healthcare I am so sad my company switched over to this

United healthcare is the worst company.DO NOT JOIN THIS GROUP FOR ANY REASON !!! . They will deny your claim even after you have been approved for it for the year. They will approve medication once to get you to join and then deny later.you spend half you life waisting time trying to figure out why and having doctors send physicians approval to no avail. This has been going on for a month or more.Do not waist your time on such a horrible insurance company

I have been with Unitedhealthcare for 13 or 14 years. Up until now it has been a great experience. Truly. But in today’s atmosphere be it political, economic, your age, business etc. My plan that I have had ‘literally’ has been cut in half for 2026 and is going to get more cuts in 2027. The way it was explained to me last night was, when I brought up the Ucard that Unitedhealthcare offers - which by the way went from over $300 to now $93 that could be applied to over the counter medications to some grocery items to paying utility bills - the way that decrease in benefit was explained to me was - “this us a health insurance company not a grocery store or a utility company”. Except when that is a major benefit a 75 year old person has wound up depending on to. . .get by. ‘That’ is a major benefit. I may have to look elsewhere for my insurance.
