Disappointed with their service right…
Disappointed with their service right from store owner to the management.
I take my phone there .they promised 4 hours to complete a repair it finally got completed in 5days.i gave them 1 star review on Google.30 days after the installed part failed , they can't honor thier 90 days promise. Management should bow their head in shame for deceiving the public. I will update the review when the issue is resolved.

I took in an iPad with a cracked screen working fine other than the hairline cracks. They managed to destroy it. I am livid, to say the least. Recommend you don't do business with uBreakiFix. They tore the proximity sensor their words not mine and facial recognition won't work. I was so angry I had them put cracked screen back which means it's now worse still and basically I've told them to refund everything. If almost want them to push me further so I can report them to the better business bureau. uBreakiFix is not Apple-approved, lack professionalism, and don't have good communication. If they had mentioned in attempting repairs they would destroy the device's functionality, I would have taken a different route. Lesson learned don't make my mistake and trust uBreakiFix and note they're changing their name to Asurion (merger/acquisition). I can't express enough how crappy their services and communications are. If you break your expensive tablets, laptops, or phones and are thinking of using their services just DON'T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Great customer service
Stopped in because my charger broke off in the port on my phone. Took them a minute to use a handy dandy tool to pull it out. Didn’t even ask for payment. Thanks for the help

Started with a scheduled appointment @ Florence, KY store
Called the Florence, KY store to find out their hours. I reached an app't scheduler, so I set a time. they have very limited hours for me because I work the same hours with the exception of SAT. when they were there an hour later than me. I RUSHED there, about 20 miles each way in heavy traffic and got there for my 5:30 app't. I was immediately told that they WOULDN'T take in my Samsung phone for a screen change, giving me a pure BS reason. I was of course, INSENSED by their lacking professionalism and waste of my VERY limited time. They refused to do ANYTHING for me and threatened me with a HUGE baby Huey standing behind the manager, Andy looking threatening. The told me to go to Best Buy...literally. With that, they told me to leave or they'd call the police. I told them the police would side with ME, and I left. This was the very most basic BREACH OF CONTRACT and the consequences for me was to storm off, call Best Buy for another app't, on a different side of town, did the same thing there to find out they wouldn't fix my phone because it wasn't purchased there, wasting my time AGAIN due to the uBreak initiated chain reaction. THEY gave me a $50 gift card for my trouble which was a reasonable way to offset my wasted time there. They also REFUSED to provide me with their regional or corporate management office, but I found it on my own. I tried to call the corporate office to register a complaint but was disconnected from hold TWICE, so I chalked this too, up as HORRENDOUS MANAGEMENT! I then called a different UBreak, again in a different part of town. I was informed they were not corporate, but FAMILY OWNED and 2 of their tech's left the very store that broke their app't with me (saying they RAN from it). They actually took good care of me and my phone is finally fixed, but not without losing time and gasoline at these high prices. If you need this service in Cincinnati/N. KY, & don't have time and brain cells to WASTE, GO TO THE UBREAK/WE FIX IN HYDE PARK PLAZA AND AVOID THEIR CORPORATE OFFICES LIKE ITS THE CORONA VIRUS!

Brought pilot 10 in for screen repair
Brought pilot 10 in for screen repair, they damaged motherboard in December 2020. Said come back in for 120$ replacement of motherboard. Jan 2022, have spare cash for job Eric @132 Biscayne Miami said,"oh, we don't have the tools to perform the job to fix IMEI" ... so you break the phone in worse condition then tell us to come back when we have the money, then when we have the money you say you don't have the necessary equipment! What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you guys running? Oh, I know, the one to make more money by breaking things to justify more fees? WTAF

More like iBreakuFix
As seen in a lot of these reviews this company has a tendency to give back items in worse shape than when they came in. I went to go get my iPhone X screen fixed from cracks. The phone was in full working condition even with a cracked screen. I get the phone back with a shiny new screen and not even 24 hours later my screen was unusable. I went to the store to see if they could fix it, they put a new screen on, but told me the problem couldn’t be fixed and it could be a problem with the motherboard and to Either get a replacement or pay them more to fix the motherboard. Considering I brought in a phone that was replaced not even 5 months ago, it’s hard to believe that I caused that motherboard damage. Ridiculous. Don’t go to ubreakifix in flower mound tx on long prairie. Don’t waste your money.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy in for a battery replacement. The person that checked me in said their printer was broken and they could not give me a receipt. The job was estimated to take 2 to 3 hours. I left my email with them, and they said they would email when it was done. About 3 hours later I get an email stating that they got very busy and were just starting my phone and should be done in 2 hours. Two hours later no word. It's getting late and the store will be closing soon. I drive down and I'm told the battery is replaced but the phone is not starting. It keeps rebooting over and over. I spoke with the owner, and he said it was probably a problem with the motherboard. When I brought the phone in it was fully operational. He said nothing they did could possibly have caused it. I disagreed. He was taking zero responsibility for the issue. He said I was told about the risk of something happening during the process. I was not told that. So that I wouldn't be charged for a battery replacement they removed the new battery and put the old back in. The store is now closed, and I don't have a functional phone. I drive to the nearest Verizon store and bought a new phone. Instead of spending $80 for a new battery, I spent $885 for a new phone. I tried working with their corporate customer service department to get some type of restitution but even their own customer service had difficulties getting anywhere with this store. Customer service ended up just closing the case. I then filed a complaint with the BBB. The store never responded to the BBB complaint and that also was closed. Bottom line: if you bring your device in for any type of service and for some reason it doesn't go well, don't expect them to do anything to rectify the problem. Very unprofessional.
