Went in to replace my iPhone battery. They broke the glass and it became unrepairable. “It sometimes happens…”. They said file it with your Asurion insurance (they actually own the store) for a replacement. That replacement cost $275. On the phone for hours with asurion and they would not budge. So, they break it, and I have to pay a deductible to basically them.

Phone came back without the SD card. Didn't notice till the next day, which they are closed on, when I wanted to change phones and transfer data.

Do not trust this location with your electronics. I dropped off my sons' PS5 for repair on May 20, 2026. As of late September, this store has held the console for over 130 days without completing the repair. While in their custody, the store caused secondary damage to the console's internal power supply. Despite this, management refused to provide an estimated completion date, replacement, or reimbursement. When escalated to Asurion Corporate Store Resolutions (Case Manager Kadrain H.), corporate repeatedly confirmed in writing that because this location is an 'independently owned and operated franchise,' corporate cannot enforce a resolution until the local store owners choose to cooperate—which they have refused to do for weeks. Holding customer property for over four months, causing further hardware damage, and ignoring both the customer and corporate escalation is an egregious failure of basic service and safekeeping. Take your repairs anywhere else.

I would give these fine people in Goldsboro 100 stars if i could, Francis, Gabriel, Josh were all like battling to help, all had their own ways of helping from me calling them on the phone to going down there to have the issue fixed, what a team effort, and after over 3 weeks of total hell from consumer cellular tech support to their own supervisors, no one at CC could fix the problem with there own device and software, and this issue i had was so important that data was going to be lost if not done correctly, and these 3 people did the impossible, and made it look easy...THEY MADE IT LOOK EASY BECAUSE THEY KNEW HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM BECAUSE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THAT IS THE KEY FOR SUCCESS. Hats off to these fine educated 3 sum at ubreakifix, i will be a customer for life no matter where i live.
