I go to service my front and back plate on my iphone, which cost me over $500.00. Once I got the phone back, I could longer receive calls and/or make calls. Brought it back and they told me it's the sims card. Went to my provider to replace the sims card and this wasn't the problem. When back to ibreak and they break more and told them about this. So they ordered a part which took a week to get. But I had to call to see if the part was in. They didn't call me, so if I didn't call them I am not sure if they would have called me. Hell I didn't need to pay over $500.00 to break my phone more, I could have broke more for free. This is the worst customer service that I have ever witnessed and wouldn't use them ever again. STAY AWAY!!! THIS IS A WARNING

Left S9 for battery replacement at Canton, GA store, which is tricky on this particular phone. In less than an hour Rick had a new battery installed. Price was more than fair! Very positive experience with Rick!

My experience was nothing but amazing! I came on August 22nd, 2022, the front desk/tech worker named David helped me with my iPhone XR screen replacement after I dropped my phone while working. It took about an hour to fix, but I accidentally overslept. David kindly helped me get my phone back three minutes after closing. I truly appreciated it as I work overnights shift and I need my alarm to wake me up. Phone is working perfectly and has no issues. Quick fix and affordable price. Super professional and excellent customer service. I will definitely be back if my phone ever has anymore issues. Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!! Just had them put a new screen on my phone a couple of months ago. The receipt is stored in my phone and the phone screen has failed. The phone is on and making noises but screen is black. They are telling me they cannot fix the phone and then let me show them my receipt from a couple months ago in my phone. They either have to write it up as warranty (I have the receipt at the time of write up) or I have to pay again as they will write it up as non warranty. They say there is no way around this. This leaves me paying for a new screen twice and I guarantee they will get $0 from me. I will go elsewhere. This is horrible customer service. Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!

This is an absolute scam business. They overcharge, don’t repair the unit, they will lead you to more unnecessary purchases they, will mess with your equipment, for further business, and finally you would end up force to bring your phone or laptop to a real repair company. Yeah, pay more money. This is an embarrassment to the phone and computer industry.

This place is an absolute scam. I don't blame the poor kid at the counter at the Kennesaw, GA store...he has obviously been trained to over sell. I had a very simple glass lense over camera on my Samsung 29FE fix. They took my appointment then even after I told him what we needed he insisted I needed a full back half of the phone replaced at $90 + I showed him the forum showing the fix and the part to do it with. He insisted "We don't do that" ...needless to say, I left the store and purchased the necessary part for less than $10... problem solved. Beware

Ive taken in my phone twice. First was my fault but second the screen started randomly scrolling and clicking. Now i have issues and I can’t even turn my phone on. The sound works i here it every time i get a message. Tomorrow I will go in and see if there warranty is actually real cs I don’t look forward to spending another $180 cs they did a temporarily fix. Go there only if you want a temporary fix you’ll be returning to there store for an answer couple months later

Totally agree ubreakifix is total rip off - I brought my broken screen to Apple Store which quoted me $279 to replace my broken screen, kiosk guy outside store quoted me $180.. then I went outside the mall to Ubreakifix and service person quoted me $349!!! Why would a place that only fixes broken devices charge soo much - owned by an insurance company that’s why - actuaries figure out the number of yingyangs who will pay and the number who will walk away plus how much they can write off for recycled parts
