I ordered 3 trees from Ty Ty Nursery. It was a HORRIBLE experience. You are crazy if you order from this company. Read the terrible Reviews. 2/3 trees I ordered were dead. One of the dead trees arrived bent like a U. The second dead tree never bloomed. I called to get a refund because they advertise a hassle free 1 year warranty. They would not issue a refund to my credit card. Instead, they said their policy is to offer store credit only for the tree and would not issue a refund for the lousy overpriced shipping they charge. Store credit would do me no good because I would never order from this company again and they said if I ordered again, I would have to pay shipping again, which I definitely would not do as there is a decent chance they would just ship me another dead tree. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I will win this and everyone else having a problem should do the same. They ship their trees bare roots showing with NO pot, and charge a lot to do this. You can order beautiful trees from Home Depot that will come in a pot, large bag tied around the pot to prevent dirt spillage and in a huge box for a lot cheaper than what Ty Ty charges. This is a very dishonest company with really bad customer service. Do your research, move on to a different Seller, and if you are dumb enough to get burned, make sure you use a credit card so you can dispute the charges.

The plants arrived promptly in great condition. I planted them and they are leafing out just beautifully. The sale price was also very favorable to my budget. The size was very good also. I couldn't be more satisfied.

I ordered two Kalamata olive trees 5ft. First one I received was awesome. Second I received is dead. Please correct this

I would not buy anything from them. I bought two paw paw trees and neither lived. I was very skeptical about there bare root trees but was assured they would live. I have a lot of experience with fruit trees and have a big orchard with many different types of fruit producing trees and bushes. I contacted them and they replaced them but not before charging me near $40 a tree for shipping again. Both died again and I have a full functioning greenhouse. They are not responsive and since then I have bought other trees from other suppliers and they are doing fine. Stay away. As a follow up, I bought two trees and both died and they replaced both of them at near $40 shipping that I had to pay and both died again. Both were planted in the midst of a big active healthy orchard of numerous and varied fruit trees and bushes. There response isn’t accurate

The trees were shipped promptly and ups did a great job delivering them. I soaked all the trees as soon as I received them. They have all sprouted. Awesome job all round.
