BUYER BEWARE! This Spring I ordered 2 crepe myrtle bare root trees. Following the planting directions, I nurtured the trees for months without any signs of life. Finally, mid May I contact Ty Ty to get some guidance. Following their instructions I waited another 6 weeks before I contacted them. The trees are dead. Not one. leaf bud anywhere. I've sent pictures, scratched the trunk now they want more pictures. To be honest their insurance plan is a farce. Even if I decided to jump through the additional hoops, It wouldn't be worth it. I would NEVER buy from them again!

The trees and grape vine i ordered arrived within 48hrs of being packaged and shipped. They were packaged nicely with no damage during shipping. Everything arrived dormant which I found a bit intimidating and I was doubtful. However within 4-5 days of being planted all trees have small leaves. I haven't planted the grape vine yet, so I just placed it in soil inside of a pot. The vine has already grown about 8 inches. Top notch quality and I'll surely order again in the future.

I ordered a persimmon tree 4 weeks ago didn't look too good planted it 4 Weeks later nothing has grown did the scratch tests and call them about their one-year guarantee and was told I was not getting my money back I was getting a credit so I can buy something from a place that sent me a dead tree

This company sent me dead plant wrapped in plastic wrap - no soil in April. Told their refunds start in June. In June they pushed for July. Only to give credit for half of what I paid. The blueberry cost me $90 total !!!!! Never again. Stay away. Scam.

I both the maple tree from them. Delivery was horrible, package was destroyed, tree was just stick, no brench no lives. I was make a complaint with costumer service, but no resolve from them. I was planting the tree and after got little bit of lives, but about two weeks lives and tree start dying. Customer service always says, the tree look healthy ( I send the pictures). Know I both another tree from Lowe's, some size with branch ,lives and very healthy. I send the picture both tree , and at least need 1/2 my money back, and right know customer service said, we can't do the process because tree have to be healthy. This company ,customer service it's horrible. Tty tree coast $ 100 ,Lowe's tree coast $ 35 . Im not will be boom, but company not will be reach. I was do construction business for 25 years. If little bit complaint, I was fixing for free make customer happy, and buil my reputation. I not will be stop with only review, complain will be going to Customer Protection with every evidence and whole email between me and customer service. Thank you guys and blessed day.

Needed replacement bamboo that didn't make it through the winter. Very prompt and helpful.

I love tyty nursery and their customer service. I just took one star off because, the nectarine tree that I received was all yellow, the leaves fell, we planted anyway. We’ll see what happens. As much as I like their replacement warranty for a year, the cost of shipping that I still have to pay, is very expensive.
