Read Before Purchasing
I placed an order in February 2024. After paying in- full, I was first promised that I would receive my order by August 2024, then mid-September 2024, then end of September 2024. None of my communications were responded to after September 3, 2024 for one month until I advised that I would be taking remedial action. The response I received was superficial and did not answer the question. This experience is consistent with others indicated here.

Hello TM, Please accept my apologies, I understand how frustrating delays can be and when emails go unanswered. Unfortuantely, this was around the time I fell into a coma and was hospitalized for a few months which caused delays and my inability to answers your emails. I assure you we always respond to emails within 24 hours or do our best to stick to our quoted lead times. We appreciate your business!

These guys are Incredible. A1 quality craftsmanship, everything is always perfect! This is now the 7th piece of furniture I have bought in the last two years and am always incredibly happy with everything!

Just a cluster of things wrong
Just a cluster of things wrong. Overpromised and undelivered. Way behind timeline, shipping was a disaster and had missed 6 boxes on the original. Craftsmanship looks all right but not worth the wait or the price. Disappointing.

Mr. Lincoln, Please accept our apologies regarding the missing boxes in the first shipment. As soon as we became aware, we shipped the remaining ones promptly. We would also like to apologize for any delays, but I would like to mention that your bar was very large being a 16ft solid mahogany L-shape Brunswick bar, and there were many customization requirements, and more customization requests were sent to us after we had already started production, which caused delays. Thank you again for your feedback.
