Great shipping time order came however upon contacting them they made good on the trees just as they pro I will be doing business with them again. Very reasonable quickly…
Great shipping time order came quickly faster that expected however there is a problem with the trees they look dead I planted them in grow bag as soon I got per the instructions but no green showing as of yet. I am afraid they are dead

It is common for bare-root trees to arrive dormant and take some time before showing visible green growth. Bought many plants from them
I love tyty nursery and their customer service. I just took one star off because, the nectarine tree that I received was all yellow, the leaves fell, we planted anyway. We’ll see what happens. As much as I like their replacement warranty for a year, the cost of shipping that I still have to pay, is very expensive.

Leaf drop can happen during shipping and planting stress, especially with fruit trees, but planting it and giving it consistent watering was the right step. We also understand your concern about shipping costs. Our Plantsurance warranty covers the plant value for one year, but shipping is not included in the warranty credit. We appreciate your feedback on that and truly hope the nectarine settles in and begins pushing new growth for you.

Every part of process was great
Every part of process was great. Time from ship to door was reasonable. Packaging to protect trees was well engineered. I've bought many trees online, and to date, Ty Ty has been superb. Now, I may stand corrected, cause I'm no tree expert. But the fact that the fruit trees I ordered arrived with no obvious greenery, gives me some concern. Next spring will tell the tale. Fingers crossed

It is completely normal for fruit trees to arrive with little to no visible greenery, especially when they are dormant. Dormant trees may not look active right away, but that does not mean they are not alive. With proper planting and consistent watering during the establishment period, they should begin to show signs of growth when conditions are right. I always have fun looking for new trees
I always have fun searching on your website this time. I was able to find a Galaxy peach tree among a few other little ones. Everyone came packed in tightly like they always are and I can appreciate that. The only thing that I didn't care for was that the top of the peach tree had been cut off along with several of the branches to make it within the size that was specified. I do wish someone had contacted me to tell me they were going to do that. To the top of the tree, I would have got gladly paid extra just to keep the whole tree. To me a few side branches being pruned is just normal but it's the top along with top branches almost mimicking a set of hedge clippers going straight across, and I have a very hard time with that. Please understand I'm not trying to be crude. I'm just trying to be honest. Regardless, thank you for your time. And I shall check in again next year

We do understand your concern about the pruning. Some trees do have to be pruned before shipping so they can safely fit within carrier size requirements and arrive protected during transit. Peach trees respond very well to pruning, and with consistent watering during the establishment period, it should push new growth and shape out nicely over time. The plants were received in good…
The plants were received in good condition with developed root systems. There were no planting instructions with them and the instructions on the TyTy website were limited. I could not find instructions for every plant I ordered. The tags for the two fig trees were loose in the box so I don’t know what each tree is. The plants are in the ground and are doing well so far.

The trees I received were in good shape…
The trees I received were in good shape and should do fine even planting this late. My only problem was a ordered 5 amling and 5 Lakota even trees and only received 4 ambling trees So there your feedback
