Excellent customer service!!

The staff was very helpful with me making changes to my order after I had placed it online. Responses were very quick and everyone was very polite and knowledgeable.

TY TY responded quickly. They were very friendly and helped with everything I needed.

I chose Ty Ty Nursery first because of its very competitive pricing when compared with other nurseries. Their young trees were in excellent condition when I received them. AND, after following their simple instructions when planting, the saplings are thriving. More recently, I contacted cst svc with questions on winter protection for the saplings and received detailed information on winter time care. Based on my experiences with Ty Ty I intend to purchase more saplings in the spring.

Although I can't remember her name, there was the lady that helped me with my order on the phone. She said she was an actual hortaculturalist, and would be willing to help me with any of my questions about planting or taking care of my plants. I thought that was absolutely amazing!!! I've ordered several things and they have all lived and become healthy plants!

Excellent selection of high quality trees and plants and a very well designed website. everything I have ever ordered from this company has been very well packaged. I will use this company for many years to come.

I ordered a Stella cherry tree in 2025 to be sent in Jan 2026. Because of very cold weather it was sent in Feb. and I planted it is 2 days. Watered well and mulched as told but it never grew and they gave me credit for that tree. I now reordered the Stella that will be sent in Jan. 2027 and hope that one will live.
