Great Sale....
I have wanted a variegated banana for along time. Due to your wonderful 50 % off sale I treated myself to that and some other winter hardy bananas for SC. Things like that people remembers and will kept coming back. All my products came to me fast and in good condition.. very pleased.

Good luck if you order from them....
I ordered two grape vines. They arrive in a dorminant state. One vine is doing great but the other never showed any life. I reported the issue and was told I would receive an IN-STORE credit to buy something else; however, I would have to pay the very high cost of shipping again. So I am only getting money back for a plant that never "came to life", but money that I can only spend with a merchant that I choose not to do business with again. And if I choose to spend that money with them, then they get to rip me off again with the high cost of shipping. Sometimes lessons are expensive, and this one has definitely been that for me. Buyer beware

We’re sorry you were disappointed with the Plantsurance store credit process. While our standard policy provides store credit for plants that do not survive, we issued a 100% refund for the entire order in the interest of customer satisfaction. Please enjoy the grape vine that is currently growing. We hope it continues to establish well with consistent watering and proper care.

Sending plants way to early to plant in ohio first of April
I ordered big ass blueberries in late winter and was promised that they would ship for appropriate planting in our zone. Sounded like that would work out. They were sent the first of April and we still had snow o.n the ground. Put my 500.00 order in pots and moved them in and out of the garage on nice days till it was appropriate to leave out. Took care of them like new born babies. Dead all of them now trying to get a refund a whole new disaster.. My advice stear clear the other reviews of customer service problems are not exaggerated. Good luck

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your blueberry order. In the interest of customer satisfaction, we issued a full refund for this order. We understand planting conditions can vary greatly by location, especially early in the season, and we appreciate the care you put into trying to keep the plants watered and protected while they established.

the "tree" arrived bare rooted and stayed that way...
the "tree" arrived bare rooted. I followed the planting instructions and watered accordingly. 4 months later I still have a "tree" that appears lifeless. According to their scratch test, it is not dead. It has no leaves or buds. It looks like a dead tree to me. (and my neighbors) No refunds given. They only offer in store credit. Why would I want anything else from them? Good Luck sending an email. They did not reply to mine. And phone calls are very slow. Be prepared to be on hold for a while. I suggest buying from a company that ships a potted living active tree. Order#621847

Normally, we would ship a replacement. We do not have any more Dwarf Peppermint Crape Myrtles Trees at this time. I am going to go ahead and ship you a replacement. Thank you for your business and I am sorry to hear the tree did not survive transplanting. I hope this helps bring this to a positive resolution.
