I am very disappointed
I originally left a negative review because several trees arrived in poor condition. After the company refunded two trees, I updated my review to 5 stars, hoping the issue had been resolved. Unfortunately, every tree and even the raspberry plants have since died. The company asked me to scratch the bark to check for life, and I provided photos showing that the wood is dry. They continue to offer only store credit instead of a refund. What is most frustrating is that this was not just one plant. Multiple fruit trees and raspberry plants failed. We spent time and money preparing the planting area, digging holes, watering, and caring for the plants exactly as instructed. In the end, we were left with dead sticks. I have photos of the plants, the damaged packaging they arrived in, and the condition of the trees after planting. In my opinion, customers should not be expected to accept store credit when the products received were not viable. I am updating my review to reflect my actual experience with this purchase.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with the overall experience. After reviewing the remaining items, we have issued a full refund for the rest of the order. While our standard Plantsurance policy provides store credit for plants that do not survive, we made an exception here in the interest of customer satisfaction. This refund, along with the prior refunds already issued, should resolve the matter fully. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
