Difficult Contacting! Feels like a scam
I got my first order of pills that lasted me 3 months and everything was fine. However I go to school out of state and tried to change my address so my next order could be delivered at my home. Come to find out I wasn't able to change my zip code as the site said I needed to reach out to the customer service team. It's been 2 weeks of me trying to contact them about changing my address and I haven't gotten a response. Meaning my order is across the country and i cannot get to it. I even tried to just request a quick refill and have not gotten a response. I am afraid of the effects this will have on my physical and mental health if I don't keep up with my pills as I have been on birth control for 3 months already. This is negligent behavior and just plain careless. There is no reason it is this difficult for me to get into contact with an actual person and not automated chat bot. If anybody has any other recommendations of more reliable companies that I should switch to please let me know.

I have reached out for more information through Trustpilot so that I can further investigate this for you! Sincerely, Danielle (she/her)
