This company is awful. I confirmed to pay out of pocket for birth control and other medication that would have totaled to $170. They charged me $476 THREE TIMES within a few minutes. They quickly sent emails saying I will be refunded those amounts, but I told them to cancel my prescription because that is unacceptable. Over $1000 in charges…that will take 10 business days to refund to my bank account?! Do not trust this company, they don’t know what they are doing clearly.

If I could go lower, I would. On May 20th, I emailed them about canceling my membership, and then received confirmation that they did. Come June 20th, I got another charge. Same thing, a promise it was canceled and received a refund for both months. Today, July 20th, yet another charge. If a company won’t allow members to cancel service, this is NOT a service for you to use. They only give false promises that they have completed their requests. Shameful and predatory company. I had to cancel my card because of their behaviors. Sick of it.

Terrible company. I was transferred from SimpleHealth and have been dealing with twenty eight and my pharmacy since March about the same issue (it’s already late mid July). They sent a prescription that my pharmacy DOES NOT acknowledge. And they keep telling me they sent the remainder 4 months pill prescription to my pharmacy. I called my pharmacy at least 6 times since March, and finally today I was told that the prescription they received said it had NO REFILL. Mind you, they wanna make you pay a subscription for whatever services… but when my pharmacy tried to reach out to them for any clarification related to the prescription, they were unreachable.

This company is a predatory scam that takes advantage of women's health needs. I was shipped at 3 month supply of my birth control in April 2024, which I take for management of a disabling hormone disorder. I never received the package and was trying forever to cancel my subscription, in between that time I also moved to a new location. I submitted a formal request for cancellation in via email May, which was ignored. I am still being charged a monthly subscription fee for this service, although the customer service people I have talked to so far claim it will be reversed at some point. Whatever - that isn't even my main issue - I don't even care about 12.99 at the end of the day, I just need my meds!! The worst part is that they sent out another 3 month supply in June, which was also stolen off my steps, so I have YET ANOTHER 3 month pharmacy hold on this essential prescription, and I am dependent on this predatory scam company to help me get it removed. I have started to lose hope and accept that I may be waiting another 2 months before I can access my medication again, and I'm worried they will just keep charging my card and sending new shipments that I can't receive!!!!! I signed up to make accessing my crucial medication easier, and this service has made my life miserable. Their customer service is absolutely horrible, the people I've spoken to on the phone, text chat, and via email were all extremely unhelpful, unempathetic and rude. Sometimes the people on the website chat are more polite, but they keep telling me that someone will be in touch and then they never are. I'm always the one who has to keep pressing the issue, and in the meantime they keep refilling my prescription and sending packages that I can't receive and blocking me from getting my script filled at a pharmacy. I am going to be reporting this company to all available avenues and I would also like to pursue legal action. Everyone stay far away from this and just use Planned Parenthood or your doctor to fill your birth control. It's not worth it.

Love Twentyeight been using them for years never had any issues. They are great always got what I needed I'm a timely fashion. Definitely recommend I'm to busy to go to the doctor everytime I need a refill.

Decided to give them another chance. Sadly, it was a bad idea. I was told, if I cancel before the 2 week trial I would not be charged. However, I was indeed charged on the same day I received the email stating my account was downgraded. Said they are charging $12.99 for the prescription I already have. This charge messed up my card. So NOT happy about that! This will be my last time giving them a chance. Customer service is nice and tries to help for the most part. However, I was told a few different things. Very frustrating.
