We're so glad to have you here and I'm happy to hear that Daniela from our Care Team has made sure you're receiving the level of care you deserve. Please know we appreciate this feedback regarding our newly implemented Care Plans as we continue to evolve. Currently, prescription renewal is not included in the Basic Plan and you're correct that to renew your prescription, you'll need to upgrade to our Standard Plan at $12.99/month. However, I did want to let you know that you can always upgrade to the Standard Plan for just one month and if you'd like to switch back to the Basic Plan afterward you can do so! ​ We're excited to offer this option as it actually makes the renewing your prescription more cost-effective than our previous $26 annual evaluation fee!
