I just want to say that I am grateful…
I just want to say that I am grateful to have found this company at a time I needed them the most. They are reliable and the communication is excellent. The amount of patience they have and quick delivery is all we could ever ask from a company. Thank you.

Great customer service
They are very convenient and easy to use. Like most places every once and a while a mistake is made, but they are always quick about fixing that mistake. Their customer service is amazing, especially Jay! Jay got back to me right away and offered me a refund, Jay was very helpful!

Twentyeight Health is Easy and Excellent
I started using Twentyeight Health a couple years ago for my birth control, and have never had any issue with them. I was able to get prescribed with a digital consult, saving me tons of time and hassle. My pills arrive timely and worked perfectly. Any questions I’ve had they have been able to answer. Adjustments were easy and the team, like Robbie, who helped me unsubscribe with zero hassle or trouble when we were finally ready to start a family, are delightful and friendly to work with. The service Twentyeight Health offers is so easy and convenient, I can’t recommend it enough.

Great customer service
Marilu with Twentyeight Health customer service provided a response to my issue in a fast and friendly manner. This company has made receiving birth control by mail a simple process. I appreciate the work they are doing to make healthcare accessible.

I’ve always gotten great customer…
I’ve always gotten great customer services from their team members, they make their system easy to understand. I’ve had to cancel my prescription in the past and they never pressed on why or trying to get me to stay and that’s why I came back. Marilu was super fast and helpful with my most recent concern. Thank you!!

They’re not in my network…
I found out that they are not in network with my insurance.. however they had great customer service and that was helping me get my prescription to my local CVS on time, I was on my very last pack. Mel is super sweet and super great I let her know that I was on my last pill she flagged my email and prioritize so I can get my pills on time. Besides Mel everyone else is super nice super helpful!
