I would highly recommend Twentyeight Health and its team! Their website is easy to use, and their staff is very knowledgeable. They provide great and fast customer service, and their pricing is very fair. They accept insurance or not, and make it easy either way. They have expanded the products they offer, which can make life easier in general. Shipping is fast.

Everybody that I have come across has been great help. Laura helped me with my subscriptions and explained it all to me. My provider was also great, overall great experience!

If only I could give negative stars. They bought the company I had been using, stopped my meds without warning after telling me I didn’t need to do anything to maintain current repeat orders, no one would ever respond when I tried to reach out, they wanted to charge a whole new fee for my meds I was already receiving, AND all of my personal medical information was leaked in a breach through their company. AVOID. PREDATORY

Awful. I decided to try them despite abysmal online reviews and every female subreddit on Reddit such as 2x chromosomes, birth control, medical advice, and women’s needed, parenting and more all had hundreds of people saying not to use it. They only reply ONE time per day. They don’t read messages till the next day so handling any issue is impossible They say they accept Medicaid yet have zero idea how to use it and their pharmacy partner SUCKS. There’s a portal to look up things like PCN for providers yet they ask you and when you give it to them with a picture as proof they still argue that it must be wrong. It isn’t wrong, the provider just doesn’t understand how to use it. I contacted my insurance who told me the reason it didn’t go through is they chose a Medicine not covered and the rxbin and pcn are correct, Tried another service and it worked fine. They purposely eat up all the days in your trial so they can charge you. Then everyone says they make it hard to cancel and I see how- they don’t respond for 24 hours on chat. Just in case I switched to a prepaid card that can’t be charged and is empty. I don’t trust this service and won’t use it again. I’m let down. This place isn’t functioning correctly. I warned my insurance that if they bill it I haven’t received it and they will get into trouble if we find them falsely billing the insurance for medicine that isn’t sent. This place isn’t any good. I only tried this as I ran out and planned parenthood was booked on telehealth and locally for weeks. It should be simple but this place can’t figure it out. Two other providers did and multiple in real life: there’s no reason for them to be this bad at functioning. Get more staff. Do better. Because of them I have painful cramps and the worst period of my life. They don’t operate on the weekend so it’s just useless. You’ll wait till Monday and then they will waste time till you’re back at the weekend. Unless you pay out of pocket run. Even if you pay out of pocket use anyone else but them.
