Ordered the emergency medical kit in December 2025. It’s been 4 weeks and nothing, they don’t answer emails. Customer service is nonexistent.

They are rat finks, would give them zero stars but cant, thieves! Dont waste your money on this scam

Do not order from this company! Customer service is terrible. They don’t respond to email so if there an issue with your order good luck. I finally spoke with someone and needed to talk to a manager and was told they can’t talk on the phone and everything had to be done by email. I told them they don’t email back. So now I wait for 1-2 days for a response. The whole process prior to getting the product is terrible.

Apparently they are using a low rated shipping company. They said my order wasn't delivered and got returned to their warehouse. Update - They shipped it again and its ok.

I would 110% recommend your services to anyone traveling! My daughter left for Italy to study abroad and from the emails to the medical staff conducting the appointment, top notch! The Travel Kit made it to the house this morning and she was on her flight with medication in hand! We travel frequently and The Wellness Company will be on our travel list for future trips. Thank you for giving this Mom peace of mind.

We purchased 2 pumps of Smile toothpaste. Very Expensive $80.00 each but we trusted TWC would stand by their products. The pump clogged with more than half the product inside. We offered to send it back for a refund. They said it was past the 30 day return window. Refused us any help. BEWARE read the TWC comments. Many people have wasted their money. This is a terrible company. So disappointing. We need a honest wellness company now more than ever. Buyer BEWARE!

The Wellness Company is doing a great job! Fabulous products and great customer service. Amazing response time and they are very proactive in assisting with any issues.

I ordered the Medical Emergency Kit in December 2025. It was not cheap. $255.00. It is supposed to come with up to two years of refills on the prescriptions in the kit. I am in need of two prescription refills, however, the webpage for replenishments "...is currently under maintenance, we will resume service as soon as possible". It has been five days, at least, that the webpage is "under maintenance" and messages and emails sent to the support people (AI robots, I believe) have provided only acknowledgement of the issue, with no resolution or time frame of when the page will be back up and running. For $255.00, you'd expect web pages to undergo maintenance once a month from Midnight to 6am, not ongoing for weeks. I need to order replacement medications and I am unable to do so. Not sure if The Wellness Company is a scam, but it does seem very suspicious. I definitely will not be ordering anything else from this company and I will strongly discourage anyone else from ordering unless they do proper research first. The whole purpose of this kit is supposed to be convenience. I live in an area where immediate access to Urgent Care facilities is extremely limited, which is why I purchased this kit. I get frequent and severe lung infections and need to start on antibiotics immediately. I thought the convenience of having this kit on hand, along with being able to replenish the medications as needed, was a great selling point. But NOT being able to replenish the medications is a big, red, warning flag. I'll even go so far as to give the company the benefit of doubt, and say that due to the bad Flu season this year, they are experiencing a shortage or backlog of antibiotic requests. But then that information should be stated on the web page or when their "support" team responds to questions on when the page will be working again. But nope. Nothing. All I can say to others looking to purchase any of the medical kits from this company: BUYER BEWARE!
