I purchased the medical kit a year ago. When trying to refill prescriptions that expired, I was denied, I'm still not sure the reason. The kit was unused, so I sent it back. I also did not like the 45.00 consultation fee I was charged both times I was denied a refill. I will take my chances with urgent care.

they have set up a very misleading advertising and social media campaign that tells you about a emergency kit for $299 - It is nothing you cannot get for a fraction of the cost - its all very shady - I have called and email multiple times and they do not respond - If you call them you get someone in the Philippines and she said the company does not respond to inquires or any issues with their customers - I am fed up and have called my credit card company
