Customer service confirmed what I asked for

I purchased drops from the wellness company. I followed the instructions to a T. It did not suppress my appetite at all. Actually there was nights when I woke up in the middle of night having sugar cravings. I spent $400 for these drops. And my cravings for food were worse than ever and I did use all the medicine and filed all the directions. I do not recommend this product. Do not buy. They don't work. The wellness company should give me your money back guarantee. And not only that they have a horrible flavor when you mix it and just a small amount of water everyday. So of course right after taking it you have a nasty taste in your mouth you're not going to want to eat something. But as far as craving control. Nothing. My cravings got worse. I am losing weight with the GLP-1 I'm using but the drops are not worth $399. Maybe $3.99. not a penny more. Please save your money and don't fall for this. Thank you Sandy

Terrible experience. Never provided anything despite jumping through endless hoops, waiting over six weeks for results, and making multiple contacts to resolve whatever issues they had with providing service. Not once did they demonstrate any true concern for me, my health, or my medical needs.

TWC is a great company to do business with - prompt, professional, very customer oriented, friendly and easy to work with. I ordered a medication from them that would normally require a long wait time to see a doctor and then fulfill an order. With TWC, I filled out a form and had a 2 min discussion with a doctor on the phone. My order was approved and delivered. Thanks much!

I purchased one of their expensive emergency packages. The prescriptions we labeled to expire within a few months and some under a year. Pointless to buy something that expires so quickly. Unethical....Tried to resolve this issue via email with ASHLEY and she was unwilling. After I posted this poor review they responded on this site to make themselves look like they care.

Very happy with customer service. They work through a small issue with the order. I had to do with the intake form that you fill out reached out to customer service with a telephone call they promptly fix the issue. Thank you very much for your thoughtful service.

I received the product smile and the pump did not work and it was dry inside. I contacted the company and sent them a video of the product use. I received a notification that they were sending me a new product. I received it in three days and I’m very satisfied with the quick response I received the product works!

I love this company. I've contacted them numerous time for different reasons and they are always quick to respond, even during the holidays. The products arrive on time and are packaged well.
