I ordered a medical kit to arrive before my wife and I started travelling. The Wellness Company physician was supposed to call within 48 hours. After 4 days...no call...and was told it would be another two days, Unacceptable. When I called to cancel I was told I could not cancel until the physician contacted me. So I notified my credit card company to issue a dispute and cancellation. Terrible company...terrible service...especially when it is health related. DO NOT USE THEM.

I ordered an Emergency Medical kit to have on hand. I was very glad I did, I ended up needing the z-pac provided. Used it, got better. Excellent.

I ordered my wellness packet over a year ago and had to use some of the meds recently which helped so much. I put in a re-order of those meds and was responded to promptly with no issues of getting refills.

I originally placed an order for the med emergency kit, paid for it, completed the health questionnaire and received an email thanking me for completing the requirements and then waited. I received no indications about shipping it. After several weeks I reached out to customer service and finally got a response to complete a phone interview. I finally got an email with a phone number to call. I called the number and answered to brief questions and was too my kit would then get shipped. That was 8 days ago and still nothing! No wonder the reviews of this company are so poor. I am very disappointed but I should have heeded all the poor reviews! My bad! But surprisingly my kit did show up today!

I have been calling this company for days with no answer, I’ve sent multiple help requests to support for days with no response. Today, someone finally answered my help request and said my problem was resolved, but when I logged back in, tried once again to place to place my supplement order, the problem still exists. Products may be good, but customer service is horrible.

Great customer service! Always helpful with any questions. And transactions are easy. Would recommend to anyone!

I ordered a product that costs about $300 and they have me go into a thing where you wait to talk to a nurse for like 15 seconds. I have been in there all day, went running, stayed in there, gardened for hours, still in there waiting, no one is there. Then when I say this in the email they sent me, they send me a useless AI response and then my contacting the site makes the invite link gone. So now I have no way to even go back in and wait for hours more for the nurse. So I called the customer service number, it simply rings and rings and no one answers. What is happening is The Wellness Company was told to have all their customers confirm things with a nurse but TWC does not want to pay for it, so no one is ever there. And they do not want to pay for any customer service people on the phone line. So there is no way to get my $300 product.

my wife and I ordered 2 contagion kits for $552.50. somehow both kits were ordered under my wife’s medical history and unfortunately after several calls to them speaking with reps that have a heavy accent that is difficult to understand we got nowhere remedying the problem. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT
