I started using Smile Gum Loss Reversal Toothpaste 4 months ago with low expectations. I am happy to tell you my recent trip to the dentist proved several of my pockets which previously measured 6, were now measuring at 5!!! This is unbelievable!! My gum loss is actually being reversed, according to my dentist!! HAPPY DANCE!! So worth the money!!

Great customer service rep who helped resolve an issue and bring it to the attention of this great company in order for them to improve further. Great products!!!!

Horrible. Advertises medication for the cold and flu season, but contains nothing for colds. When I called the customer service number I was transferred to someone who didn’t understand English very well and made numerous mistakes. She put me on hold several times and disconnected the call. When I called back, I was told me to take something for an STD. I don’t have an STD. Very dangerous and horrible scam. Don’t waste your money or sacrifice your health. They also said to call a provider instead or go to the ER, which defeats the purpose.

I ordered the Wellness company product called Drop. When I received it , I noticed that it said to watch for side effects, but it did not say what those potential side effects would be. Needless to say, I did not take the medicine.But instead, called and asked for a list of the side effects that might be experienced. They were refused to tell me the side effects that they themselves warned of, saying instead that I would have to make an appointment with a doctor to learn the side effects. I immediately sent a letter in writing canceling my subscription and asking for my money back for the first set of drops that I received since I would not take them without knowing the side effects. Several weeks later , I received a NEW charge for the SECOND Drops for hundreds of dollars even though I had canceled in writing. I called and spoke first with Roper and then Jason , both of whom confirmed that I would NOT be getting my money back for the second set of drops , which I had not even received yet, but which had been charged to my bank account. Beware!!!! If a company won't even tell you what the potential side effects are without having to pay for a doctor's appointment, you know, you're in trouble! Sadly , this company seems to be nothing more than a scheme to make money. I am very shocked that Dr.Peter Mccullough is associated with them and very , very disappointed. I will be contacting the state's attorney general's office in my state and in Florida , where their headquarters are. I will also be lodging complaints every place possible. SHAME ON YOU WELLNESS COMPANY!

I have worked with the support team at The Wellness Company for a few months now. They are always very prompt in replying to my e-mail requests and try to get resolution to the problems. I appreciate their dedication to their customers

Upon my inquiry I received a response almost immediately. The response to my question was clearly presented and completely included all the information that I asked for in order to make my decision on the Spike Detox suppliment. I spent three days in the hospital in 2021 and took two of the shots. I have spots in the bottom lobes of both lungs and go through periods with symptoms of what the call long Covid and truly believe this suppliment will help so ill begin taking it once received.
