After several purchases of various products (DROP, Ultimate Spike Detox, Peak Metabolism, Appetite) I have to report that my Customer Service experience has been very satisfactory. While I didn't have any results with DROP (no longer taking), I did have a terrible experience with the shipper, OnTrac. Thankfully, TWC has changed over to Cirro, and for that I'm grateful!! I'm having much better results with the Spike Detox, and after over-subscribing to it, Precious was able to straighten out the confusion for me and get the schedule worked out. There's options to do that yourself on the website, but it wasn't responding. Precious was able to rectify it through emails and I'm very happy with her attention and time. I'm on my 3rd bottle of the Spike Detox to help clear out long Covid nonsense, and my symptoms wax and wane, so there's something happening! No telling how long I'll have to take it, but I'm hopeful it will assist in returning my sense of smell and taste! I just started Peak Metabolism, so no report on that. I've been taking Appetite for 2 months and it works great to curb my appetite and cravings. I stopped DROP as I had no results, but also the cost was a factor. Having OnTrac steal a package of it was, too. Again, thankfully TWC doesn't use them anymore. I've had satisfactory experiences with Customer Service with TWC, and am seeing results with the Detox. Now to be patient and let it do its job.

I have dentures and I have tried all the glues and the Denture Bond Adhesive Cushions I bought at the Family Dollar works the best out of all of them I've used, not to mention WAY cheaper!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Thank you!

Purchased an emergency kit in June 2025. Ordered refill for 3 different items. Only one item shipped and delivered but charged for all three. They claim they don’t charge you until they determine what is approved for refill. I was charged one day after ordering. Never notified only one item refill was approved. Shouldn’t they anticipate people will have an emergency and need to use products in the kit? Almost 2 weeks after I was charged, I had to call and get details on my order and demand refund of what was not shipped. Still no credit yet. This company is a scam. Similar to other reviews, I ordered a very expensive product and never received it. The doctor I spoke to on the phone to authorize the prescription sounded like he was half asleep. After repeated attempts to contact them I finally got a couple of replies saying they would get back to me in 1-2 days, which of course they never did. They don't answer the phone. I told them I was disputing the charge and asked them to cancel and refund the order and they said they couldn't do that because the prescription was "at the pharmacy" where it's allegedly been for a month. DO NOT send this company your money.

I have purchased 2 Wellcare Kits for home and office. I assumed after first purchase the second would be easy. Big mistake. Received calls & texts from Fla & I coukd not even begin to understand the caller the Cuban accent was do thick. Ordered the Weught Loss Drops. I gained so much weight in 2 weeks I had to quit. Perhaps they will have better luck with the mint tablets.

B E W A R E O R D E R I N G F R O M T H I S C O M P A N Y ! ! ! I wanted to order the Nasal & Throat Spray from this company. I searched and found it on their website... and added what said "Nasal + Throat Spray" to my cartand purchased it... and when the order arrived... it was ONLY the "Nasal" Spray that arrived. When I called the company... in my first call... the agent told me that the "Throat" Spray was on backorder... and said that I would receive it shortly. Time passed... and nothing came. I called a second time... and this time... the agent informed me that I had only ordered the "Throat" Spray. I argued with that agent that I had in fact ordered both. While I was on the phone with them... I quickly went to pull up my email to confirm with that agent that I had ordered both. To my surprise... upon CLOSE inspection of my email (photo attached... you be the judge)... it did in fact say that I ordered "Nasal + Throat Spray" but underneath in much smaller FINE print... it said only "Throat" Spray. I told the agent that it was deceptive advertising... and told them that they really should correct that in their system to avoid confusion with future shoppers. BUT upon that closer inspection of the email... it alsonoticed that it said in smaller FINE print again "30 day subscription with 10% discount" (you be the judge from my attached photo). Mind you... I at NO point selected any type of "subscription" when placing my order. Apparently their system is designed to automatically place your order as a "subscription" BY DEFAULT!!! THAT IS DECEPTIVE AND WRONG!!! Honestly... who needs a "preventative" medication that's meant to be used only in the event that you're exposed to someone who might be sick... as an AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION??? Anyway... since I discovered this issue WHILE I was already on the phone with an agent... I immediately asked that agent to CANCEL any and all subscriptions!!! The agent said okay... and while I waited... they eventually confirmed to me that all subscriptions had in fact been canceled. I also took the time to inform that agent that they also need to address the deceptive issue of forcing buyers into UNWANTED SUBSCRIPTIONS!!! I thought I was done... BUT WAS I MISTAKEN!!! From the time I placed my initial order... I was inundated with junk emails from The Wellness Company filing my inbox from that day forward... trying to get me to purchase other products. I ignored their emails... already annoyed with the deceptive practices of this company. Turns out that one of those emails I assumed was junk... was actually informing me that my "SUBSCRIPTION ORDER" of Throat Spray was going to ship out to me. I never read it... assuming it was junk. Within a couple of days... a new box of Throat Spray was at my door... and. the MONEY HAD BEEN STOLEN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT!!! I NEVER OPENED THE BOX OR PACKAGE... and I then IMMEDIATELY called them the SAME DAY... wanting to return the product. I was informed that they DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. I WAS FURIOUS GIVEN I HAD CANCELED MY SUBSCRIPTION!!! I asked to speak to a supervisor... because as far as I was concerned... it was their fault... and I deserved a refund regardless of their return policy. I was informed by the agent that "all calls are recorded"... told that there's no supervisors are available by phone... and told I would heart from one via email. The supervisor contacted me via email stating that they don't accept returns and all sales are final. I asked her to PLEASE listen to my calls... and provided her with the dates and times of my calls... but the supervisor claimed that they did listen to my recorded calls... and heard nothing about me canceling my subscription... they only heard me complaining about the issue with confusion over only Nasal Spray or Nasal & Throat Spray combination... and reiterated their policy on no returns or refunds... and told me that her decision was final. In that instant... I truly knew she hadn't listened to my entire call from beginning to end... as I well knew that issue regarding the cancelation of a "subscription" was handled towards the end of the call... after addressing the issue with confusion over the products. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND THEIR COMPANY IS DESIGNED TO CONFUSE AND RIP PEOPLE OFF!!! UPDATE TO RESPONSE FROM TWC: My unwanted & unapproved order number is as follows Order: TWC#1036937 FUNNY YOU REPLY NOW SAYING YOU'LL GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS... BUT DURING NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS & EMAILS... YOU GUYS DIDN'T GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS... NOR DID YOU ALLOW A RETURN AND ISSUE ME A REFUND FOR PRODUCT THAT YOU SENT ME THAT I DIDN'T ORDER... & IS LITERALLY SITTING HERE UNOPENED AND STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. YOUR REFUSAL TO DO THE RIGHT THING WILL COST YOU FAR MORE THAN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF YOU GUYS HAD DONE THE RIGHT THING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
